Shocking customer support, if you have a technical issue you will wait 2 weeks and receive a generic response in reply. You cannot phone them with an issue - you can only use email/tickets.I was unable to link my ecommerce store to getreponse even after around 2 months of emails, setting up cronjobs, contacting customer support, reading their pathetic, incomplete and dated documentation. With mail chimp this took me 5 minutes to integrate.Not to mention the fact that most emails I created where lost before i could send them, forcing me to spend another 2hrs refining the 'perfect' email. This happened for a large emails i created. I ended up having to create a new tab, log in again to GR, and copy and paste the email contents in case it was lost.Can't provide simple integrations such as product recommendations, abandoned cart etc. to the same level as mail chimp, or other competitors.Happily took my money, £70 a month for 5 months, even when I was unable to use the service; never captured a single email address, sent a single email etc. and of course no offer of a refund.To summarise:- 0 Technical support.- Greedy.- Useless as a whole.Will be using mail chimp on a pay as you go bases, rather than wasting my money with GR.
