We have had a horrible experience with Macy's. My Son did not have his card on him, so the associate looked him up with his SS#,my Son has his own account,and is also authorized to use my account, the associate then OPENED an account under my HUSBAND'S name, but with my Son's SS#. We've called NUMEROUS times to clear up. We are not disputing the charges made,and are trying to do the right thing. We asked that the account be terminated after payment of the bill.
