Typical American arrogant company. Terrible to deal with both as a seller and a buyer. As a seller the postage system when selling is woeful and cannot amend, if you call up for help no staff member is empowered to help just tells you to cancel sale. That after your time has already been wasted by useless AI. As a buyer accidently bought an item whilst phone unlocked in pocket. it was collection only so told seller who ignored my message, also asked to cancel they rejected so called customer services who told me to request cancellation based on item not arrived, when collection only. So refund delayed three more days… probably the idiot seller will then reject and I’ll have to wait again for eBay to sort then wait another few days for the refund to be issued.
