I had the same problem as many other reviews here, they have charged me twice with the auto renewal for four years and they tried to cover it up when I phoned their customer service. Apparently, they can only provide a refund for the last two years ... very convenient for them. They should protect your computer against viruses, but who is going to protect your bank account from them?!
