A big NOPE

A big NOPE! for this site! I've tried for a long time and can not get help or a refund for a game I purchase from them that just up and stopped working. They keep emailing saying "if you still need help reply to this email"....then when you do it just bounces right back undelivered. Can't get my refund, can't get help, and they do NOT even have the option in the help section for laptops. LAME site!

Propaganda

No other word for it but propaganda. This broadcaster is so corrupt that they use your money (TV Licence fee) go spread their bile. Who audits the BBC to determine if they uphold high journalistic standards? The BBC themselves. Like the racist that always says they are not racist!

Disney+ is an awesome service

Disney+ is an awesome service. They have a lot of movies from my childhood as well as The Simpsons. I ended up obtaining a Black Friday deal for $2 a month for the service with ads. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about however I have nothing to complain about.

This used to be really good, but now I cannot translate even an entire sentence without them telling me I have to pay. I loved this site when it allowed me to translate longer texts/paragraphs. Now, it has become money-oriented just like all other sites.

Spotify is a ripoff - switched to Youtube Music, so much better!

Spotify is an absolute ripoff with no customer support whatsoever. I have given up trying to get a response from Spotify and are making a Consumer Guarantee's Act complaint. I've since switched to Youtube Premium which comes with Youtube Music and I love it as it costs less than Spotify but I get Youtube ad-free as a bonus and much better range of music. Good riddance Spotify!

Great platform, but...

Great platform, and I would love to keep using it, but the price is way too costly. I want to buy it, but the standard edition for one time purchase is $100, which is way out of my budget. Especially since I can't upgrade without paying, so I would be stuck. The yearly plans are a lot of money too. If it was more cost friendly, I would keep using it and buy it, the trial doesn't last long enough! On the site, it says $80 one time purchase but when you click on the offer, it says $100 which is ridiculous. I'm just a home user especially, and just use it to run windows apps.

Stay away from this scam!

I was stupid enough to fall for their free 1-month trial offer. I really wanted to use their services so I didn't cancel the subscription, up until the moment I realized that their customer service and website were plain awful. I tried to get in contact with them and then with Amazon, in order to have the subscription cancelled and receive my refund. Eventually Amazon did the trick, but little did I know that a distance of one year the subscription would turn out to be still active. In fact, I got another charge of about 185 euros on my bank account. An unauthorized charge which I disputed with my bank immediately. I wrote to the customer support from IMDB and Amazon again and they guaranteed that the subscription would be cancelled for real and that a refund had just been issued. At a distance of 2 months and after several intense exchanges of e-mails, I still haven't received the money back on my account, nor an official pdf confirmation of the refund transaction. I am now seriously considering referring the case to a debt collection agency and reporting this fraud to the competent authorities. Such companies shouldn't be allowed to be in business. Shame on you, IMDB.

total waste of time and money

I've had no end of wasted hours trying to contact the inacessible support staff to get my wireless HP 6030e printer working. Even with a wired connection the damn thing is so fiddly and constantly requiring to read pages and pages of notes when one thing or another goes wrong. It simply shouldnt be this complex and fiddly to get a printer to work! This has been going on for two years now, I'm gonna cancel my subscription to insta ink -

I switched from iPhone to Samsung and I hated it!!! I couldn't believe you have to use WiFi just to text, view photos, Facebook, etc. everything I took for granted on my iPhone was completely different on that Samsung and then when you tried to use data instead of WiFi, it kept switching. Oh, and the many, many multiple text, messenger, music, Facebook, apps to choose from, then not knowing which one was your default that you chose? It was horrible!!! How anyone can love those Androids is beyond me. I was in the hospital with it and it was so impossible to use i wasn't able to communicate with anyone; i couldn't remember my wifi password, and I had it in my photos, that's when I found out i had to have WiFi to just view the photos; I really hit the roof with that one. After I got out, I immediate took it back to my carrier and returned it and purchased an iPhone again.

From one day to the next, I suddenly couldn’t post any more reviews on google. It took me a while to find out, but at some point I realized they were hanging and then just deleted. I’ve gotten in contact twice with Google to understand why they’ve done it, and twice I’ve gotten similar (standard) long email responses. Very underwhelming. It looks like they really want to help you, but at the end of the day there’s 0 understanding in the process and nobody has helped you. When you keep on pushing for answer why, they leave you hanging..

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend. Paid and Downloaded an app from App Store for home CCTV system which was not meant to be the correct app for the particular CCTV model. Then we submitted an inquiry requesting a refund providing them all the necessary evidences and documents required. We had never used used the app. They sent a very light response and the second time we attempted to reach them with more clarification they rudely closed the case that we were not able to respond anymore and never got the our money back. Screw you robbers.
