Online purchase service is HORRIBLE. Currently in Hawaii, placed an order for a pair of winter boots for a Christmas trip on the 12/12/25. Trip is scheduled for 12/24. On their website, it says ANYWHERE in the US shipping is 4-7 days. When u pick your shipping at checkout it says the same thing and I even cross referenced with their shipping and returns faq page. Just to receive an email the day after my order stating that the estimated delivery date is 01/04/2025!!! Messaged customer service and he just said sorry but please wait for my package and gave me $10 like I don’t have to go elsewhere to find another pair of winter boots for my trip because they’re falsely advertising their shipping windows. $10 isnt going to buy a new pair of boots. He told me the true window is 4-6 weeks?!?! DONT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR PLACE ANY ONLINE PICK UP ORDERS WITH THEM! Only shop in store. There’s no DSW locations in Honolulu so I didn’t have a choice. I’ll definitely just shop with Nordstrom Rack next time as they always have the same products and never any issues.

We went to Disney World November 2019. We met some obstacles with our rental car and some other issues beyond our control. On our 1st day at Disney Hollywood Studios one of the Guest Service professionals, Johnathan N., perhaps saw that our day was not going as planned. He took us on a short tour of an area of the park that was beloved to him, and gave our children a sweet gift. Our family was touched by the experience. The next day our rental car would not start and dealing with the issue had us get to the park late into the day after months of planning. We missed all of our fast passes and had not had a moment to eat. We went to Guest Services at Epcot to see if we could get our fast passes back and maybe a discount for park tickets the next day (we had decided to add a day to our in park vacation despite the extra cost). Megan at Guest Services gave us our fast passes back for the day, and gave us complimentary tickets for the following day. I actually cried, because I was treated with so much kindness and understanding. The rental car was not their problem, but they made our vacation their priority. Disney is expensive for us, but their commitment to creating a magical experience for our family has made our family committed customers. We will continue to return to Disney and tell everyone about how we were treated.

AT and T customer call services have been awful. They promise one thing only to find out they are not able to fulfill an over the verbal promise. Their charges for returning the phone which was supposed to lower my monthly bill only to be charged 638.00 in separate charges within 3 days don't even know what once they recieved my card# - I have been with them for over 3 years . They dropped the ball and can't believe they can do this and get away with it for now. Just awful ! This is an update: I did leave AT and T and yesterday they refunded me the shipping fee of 130.00 they charged me.

Schade..... they have no idea the ppl there!!!! You lose one more costume ( and not only me ) the problem is that I want to buy one tisch one one dopple bed and I want it to make it with rate!!! They told me that this is impossible because it's the first time which I order something and I have to pay derect ( I understand that totally!!! Its normal!! ) then I decided to order only the table and I've pay it direct !!( then I spoke with the service and they told me that I can order now and pay with rate ) to day I try to order the bed and I couldn't!!! Phoned them to find out if they stocked laptop batteries. System wouldn't let me talk to a real person only thier robot - very frustrating. Got through to thier geek squad robot and tried to enquire about batteries - the robot asks if I'm a member and I say no - robot says come into the store then and hangs up on me. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Agoda screwed up and allowed me to book a room when it was not available. They are now forcing me to take a smoking room which I have refused, as I have health concerns with secondhand smoke. They offered a small voucher for the mistake but refused to let me use it to rebook another room type on their platform. They said the voucher is only given if I go through with the smoking room that they are forcing down my throat. Now, this is not a trivial issue such as size of room or type of bed. This is a legit health concern. The voucher is also meant to offset the higher hotel prices right now (they took almost a month to inform me of the mistake) I do not understand why they do not wish to give me the voucher when I am going to rebook on their platform and they still stand to gain. Need I also mention that I am a VIP Platinum customer and it is very telling how they treat their loyal customers. Terrible business and practices.

Smelled horrible. Looked like possibly mud? Or crud? In footprints throughout. They took my money at the door and promised I'd see a return by the end of the tour. That was months ago and still no return. Overall, not a good experience and I can't seem to get this weird powdery orange dust, my doctor calls it a fungus, off of my skin. Good thing the administration believes if you don't believe in something, it doesn't exist. And that's why I'm proud to be of fungal mind.

It's great when they have what you want. EVERY single delivery ends up having something that I wanted no longer available. It was available when I placed the order though. They have yet to be able to find substitutes. Walmart always has a substitute. Sometimes better than what I wanted. If I hadn't paid for the yearly delivery I would be done with them.
