AT and T customer call services have been awful. They promise one thing only to find out they are not able to fulfill an over the verbal promise. Their charges for returning the phone which was supposed to lower my monthly bill only to be charged 638.00 in separate charges within 3 days don't even know what once they recieved my card# - I have been with them for over 3 years . They dropped the ball and can't believe they can do this and get away with it for now. Just awful ! This is an update: I did leave AT and T and yesterday they refunded me the shipping fee of 130.00 they charged me.
