Consumer protection reporting

I signed up for what I believed to be a month's subscription for $39. I was shocked to find out they had charged $468 to my credit card, a full annual membership. They then refused to issue a refund for the 11 months I did not intend to purchase, because there are no monthly subscription options. I couldn't believe this type of company could be allowed to operate. Now I see I am not alone.Has anyone reported them to a consumer protection bureau? I would like to do so and am thinking of the following organizations. Wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on this? - Federal Trade Commission: - New York State Division of Consumer Protection - econsumer.gov: a place to report international scams online
