However, everytime I go to my DeepL account, I get an empty screen saying something went wrong and I should contact support, so it's not possible to end my trial. The worst is that the contact file also doesn't work (tried on multiple browsers and multiple computers). So I had to block my credit card to make sure they cannot charge me when the trial period ends, but I still have no way to contact DeepL to register the termination of the trial

Agoda is unprofessional and unaccountable. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I used agoda to book an accomodation in Rome. The result is that I paid for a room which was different from what shown in the booking confirmation. The structure as well couldn't understand the problem, since their relay is exclusively expedia. The agoda customer serivce couldn't ensure my stay in the room shown in my booking confirmation, nor proceed to any other form of acknowledgment of the mistake or misleading information, due to their system despite several requests to follow up. I am deleting my account from agoda and will never use it again.

In the past I've never had a problem with Amazon always got my parcels on time, out the next day ect, or if I've payed for same day I got it. But lately I've had nothing but trouble!, you put the membership price up I pay for next day delivery and I don't get it till 2 days later, the amount of parcels I've waited for and not received is stupid!. I'm very tempted to drop the membership and stop purchasing from yous!. I ordered last night and all products said "next day delivery" (or tomorrow) and guess what? Not receiving them till tomorrow now. We don't get our parcels till 8pm sometimes 9pm, the carriers don't treat parcels with respect they chuck them and they never follow instructions whenever I'm not in, they leave it out in the open for anyone to take. I received my parcels 1st of July no offense but he couldn't speak English and posted one of parcels in next doors letter box, nobody lives there 😭 he then told me to get a refund for a mistake he made the absolute melt!. thanks a bunch to your now none speaking English folk messing up my deliveries! . I'm officially done with Amazon yous can shove it were the sun don't shine!

I’m so disappointed that Vrbo now thinks it is ok to review guests. We just paid nearly 900 pounds for a two day stay in Verona. There were three of us. We didn’t cook, all we did was make coffee. We each had two showers in the two bathrooms. We barely used the property. We left everything exceedingly neat. There were no instructions about bins etc etc. We left a little bit of clean waste in a very small bin. For this we were deducted a star. I’m sorry but I’m not paying this much money to go on holiday for some picky fool to judge me. What is the point? I’m ridiculously irritated and I know I’m being a child but …….. We pay all this money to be judged by lazy people. Am I supposed to start bleaching floors and seeking out bins. Am I supposed to start earning 5 star reviews from landlords who can’t be bothered to take out one tiny bag of rubbish. What is wrong with people. Since Covid most of these properties are like scorched earth: zero provided. When did self catering become so utterly stupid. It is so expensive now. I just don’t think it is ok to charge lots of money and expect your guests to scour the property with no cleaning products and no access to waste disposal. I am not going to book on this silly site that judges me. That isn’t a holiday.
