NBC continues it's past history of providing news slanted towards it's corporate influencers. When will they realize that people can see through their shaded corporate speak. Unfortunately, it's not only NBC but the main media, that people rely on for fair and uncompromised news, has abandoned them.

How does a company provide goods and have no customer service staff employed in case something goes wrong? And from what I'm informed with nobody. If you want to use the pandemic as an excuse?! Then don't sell anything online!I was a huge huge fan of Macy's online simply because of their shipping fees are very low. However I don't quite get why in order has to be shipped out and all different in installments? However I didn't have any problems up until now!so I tried to call them and they are closed ....no one is working the customer service counter and so I decide to email them and no one is working the email custome rservice department either! OMG what a ridiculous set-up...I reached out to corporate , grant it, it was on a Saturday... I left a voicemail because of the redundancy of trying to get some help about an order ...that no one can help me with! I am a crazy woman right now. They have lost a good customer. The email and automated email is sent back to me stating that no one is available to assist you with your concern! people have gone back to work especially in the customer service industry. They either are working from home or they're sitting six six feet apart .. so for macys not to have anybody working the customer service counter is unacceptable... Close the store!!the on line store anyway...
Review of logitech
I ordered a keyboard on the Logitech website in April 2020. Could not get an update as to the status of my order. I therefore decided to cancel my order in July, almost 3 months after I originally had placed the order. 0It took me forever to get through their customer service line. Called the US number, teh Canadian number (both french and englisgh) and even the French number. It was alomost impossible to speak with someone. I finally managed to cancel the order on the phone. Nothwithstanding the cancellation, Logitech sent me the keyboard in Mid July and charged my credit card. I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to return the keyboard and get a refund on my credit card. This is by far my worst shopping online experience and probably one of the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. Logitech is definitely taking a major hit in my perception of their company and products.They will no longer be my first go to company for computer accessories.

Now 15 years later, and after having moved to south of England, I still keep going back to the stores and use the online store for my personal style needs. And, I still feel ethically confident about supporting Anthropologie as a company and community.
