it is very hard to get support and cancel subscriptions so just be aware of what you are signing up for. I have now got my issue solved however only post my first review on here. I am pleased this has been solved & so quickly it is just a shame it took so much of my time.

Very poor service and service on X is shocking. They take your money and we're paid in advance by Vodafone and after ending my contract with Vodafone Spotify blocked my premium account. Help and support is from a bot and not a person which is a joke. They in my book are not worthy of your money or support. You'd be better with an alternative such as Apple Music or a Google tentative instead of this nonsense. Keyboard warrior who doesn't care !!!!!!!!!

I am so worked up about these guys. I just paid $125 for a video plan (YES, a recommended video plan, not an image plan) that included 50 credits. I assumed it was for 50 images/videos which is now the industry norm. But No..., one video costs 25 credits, so when you use 1, you can't download another video. (The math doesn't work, but that's how it worked.) I called and was told that I might receive a refund for half the $125, but that I had already spent $62.50 on the video I had already downloaded. The sad thing is that they actually have decent content and great search. I was really psyched to dive into my project, but instead, I am poorer and have a negative cloud on my day. Oh well, writing this review sure helped.

Too bad costumer service. Basically they do not care about the costumer. I had a problem with the ASUS K501UX(Looks like this model has same problem very often and just pass the warranty period) and sent it to asus. Also I called costumer service and request a dispute regarding my issue (repair cost is more than half of the cost of the laptop). Costumer representative previously answered me have not taken any action eve though I asked. They didnt take any action regarding the dispute and without asking me now they are going to send my laptop back (without doing any thing). Now they ask me to ship it back to them and file a dispute. This is so stupid costumer service.As it is a weekend they cannot talk to their senior supervisor, and they cannot hold the laptop. Sounds like those people(busy hardworking) going to ship my laptop during the weekend?? Anyway the person talked to me at the very end looks like a helpful person.
