Horrible customer service & the pandemic is NOT an excusee

How does a company provide goods and have no customer service staff employed in case something goes wrong? And from what I'm informed with nobody. If you want to use the pandemic as an excuse?! Then don't sell anything online!I was a huge huge fan of Macy's online simply because of their shipping fees are very low. However I don't quite get why in order has to be shipped out and all different in installments? However I didn't have any problems up until now!so I tried to call them and they are closed ....no one is working the customer service counter and so I decide to email them and no one is working the email custome rservice department either! OMG what a ridiculous set-up...I reached out to corporate , grant it, it was on a Saturday... I left a voicemail because of the redundancy of trying to get some help about an order ...that no one can help me with! I am a crazy woman right now. They have lost a good customer. The email and automated email is sent back to me stating that no one is available to assist you with your concern! people have gone back to work especially in the customer service industry. They either are working from home or they're sitting six six feet apart .. so for macys not to have anybody working the customer service counter is unacceptable... Close the store!!the on line store anyway...
