Review of gfycat
Explore the wonderful world of giffs with Gfycat! The customer service at this company is second to none. When I email them, not only do I get a super friendly reply but I get a response SAME DAY...in fact, usually within a couple of hours. Issues are resolved in no time at all. When I say 'issues' I mean a knowledge gap on my side. I"ve never experienced a technical issue on their side. I love these guys...they really care!Thank you Gfycat! ♡

So easy to create my monthly invoices. Easier to apply payments! Only one thing I can't figure out: If I attach an invoice (PDF) to an expense and it is incorrect, I cannot change the uploaded file. I must delete the expense and start over. Otherwise, all good!!!
Review of consumerreports
They tout consumer support and transparency, but for their renewals, they're terrible. Rec'd >6 letters to renew mag, many emails about reviews/promos, but zero advising of digital exp. Play Gotcha if you don't cancel before renewal. Called, spoke to CSR and Sup'r, they acknowledge this is their policy.
Review of channel4
Literally vomit inducing crap. Sadly I spent a night in a hotel, did not have time to unpack my own belongings so decided to watch the room tv. Absolutely hideous. Tried to watch a film on this dreadful channel, huge mistake!! More hideous lying adverts than the film to watch. One thing is now absolutely certain. I will never ever watch any tv channels again, as long as I live. 🤮🤮🤮

Review of zara
I placed an order with Zara in Amsterdam but when it arrived, one item was missing. I immediately contacted their customer service, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. Each time I reached out, they ended the chat abruptly without offering any real assistance.I have now tried multiple times to get help, but Zara refuses to take responsibility. I paid for the item and yet they won’t refund or replace it. This is completely unacceptable.I used to be a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will think twice before shopping here again. If you ever have an issue with your order, don’t expect Zara to care or help you. Very disappointing!
Review of wellsfargo
I used Wells Fargo for more then 8 years.I had a credit card and no one late payment since I open the card.Last week Wells Fargo close my credit card without the any reasons. Because of it my credit score went down. It's my first experience in my life about closing Credit card and I'm frustrated.Why?...
Review of newegg
Bought a RTX 3070 / Motherboard combo. The graphics card was faulty so had to return it. Because it was a international order I didn’t qualify for a replacement which I think is unfair given it took months to get a hold of the card.Iv shipped it off for my refund, will update to 3* aslong as return goes smoothly.Update ( 19/04/2021) I received my refund minus about £40/$60 which I'm quite angry about as I was promised a full refund for my defective item.being a international customer and not being eligible for a return and replace, then not being able to buy any kind of replacement on newegg has been equally terrible.I don't think I will buy again with them ( would give 0 stars if I could )
Review of logitech
I ordered a mouse over a week ago and it has been stuck in Netherlands since then even though the app says the delivery was supposed to be 3 days ago. I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering anything (especially if you live in the UK) as the wait times are crazy! Some people have had to wait 4 weeks to get their order.
Review of crocoblock
The plugins are powerful, but bloated and some of the heaviest hitters (JetEngine, Listing Grid, etc) are designed without valid caching mechanisms, which means they're going to be slow, even on well spec'd servers. The price for a single site is fine, but not great. If you're a developer and can justify spending $400-750 a year, the price might be quite good. The support is responsive and friendly, and about as helpful as they're allowed to be—which is to say, often not very. The MAIN reason they're getting 2/5 stars is there is no workable mechanism for staging your site locally with the plugin. Let me explain: A local staging site will count as an activation, unless it conforms to an extremely narrow set of hostnames or IP addresses. They have a few very limited local hostnames you can use—one, in fact—and if yours differs at all you're only option will be to upgrade from 1 license to unlimited licenses for somewhere between 2 and 5 times the price. This is bad and eventually it's going to be big headache or a very expensive solution for you. So even if you don't really know what this means right now, eventually you will find out, and it might be after having spent many hours and hundreds if not thousands of dollars building something on their software platform. So for that reason, I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT invest your time and money building with Crocoblock until they implement a proper solution to this perfect valid and extremely common use case.
Review of change
The intention, I believe, is to make us more aware of what is going on around us. To target those areas where change is needed, where iniquities are happening, and where justice is not being done. And, to make us more aware of why and how we MUST care for Mother Earth and all of Nature...which we are completely dependent on, and has as much right to life as do we.

As long time loyal Telstra customer I'm disgusted with the lack of customer service. I spend $400 a month and without notice all my discounts were cancelled. Trying to talk to a real person is almost impossible. Thanks for nothing Telstra :-(
