Very bad experience with HP Omen's technical support. They deserve a '0' start. My warranty package includes a technician onsite service, but the technician can never assigned. Their interface of the technical support is always having broken links. You feel like a ball being kicked to different agent for doing nothing productive. My BIOS has 502 error, they ask me to DIY. Please don't buy any hp laptop, you cannot get any support with expensive warranty payment.

Your view of world events seems to have changed ever since Trump became President/ I am an Englishman who has lived in the USA for over 40 years, first visited to get married 62 years ago. I hope I am reasonably moderate in my views and an independent politically. However it does seem to me that part of the Trump 'mania' has inserted itself into articles on entirely different subjects, such as when describing an attitude, a view, an action, usually in rather pleasant terms. I have been an Economist subscriber for many many years but I am not sure for how much longer. It has become an irritant.

Terrible customer service, can’t get hold of anyone nor will the sales person that onboarded us reply, it’s been weeks now. We are also stuck with a product that has very low conversion rates as we can’t enrol in 3D secure (the reason I’m trying to get hold of them in the first place.) We also have so many customers that can’t check out so it’s costing us money and time replying to unhappy customers. Definitely one star

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM UO!!!! Consistently lost packages, missing pieces to items, torn items, stained items, but the worst thing is they DO NOT CARE. Stop shipping things through mail and ship them through a reliable carrier such as fedex!!!!! Also, teach your customer care reps to learn the golden rule of any industry, “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT” and that they need to all be on the same page with what they tell customers. Every time I call and someone tells me they can’t overnight a new package or give me a discount for inconvenience, I hang up and call back and get another woman who gladly ships my package overnight and gives me a discount to ensure I’ll come back. Not this time though because I won’t be back. Sincerely a 10+ year loyal customer

This is the second time we are using 99design to create custom packaging for retail/e-commerce. The quality of work from the designers was variant across all ranges. From bad designs to high-end design. Nonetheless, we found a few designers in the contest that are exceptional and produced high-quality work and excellent communication. 99design made the process super smooth from the design brief, to contest stages. It was easy to keep track of everything.With design aside, 99design lacks to protect client's data & privacy. After the contest ends 99design automatically generates a marketing landing page for the design. Which shows the client's brief, the design received, comments, and so on and as a client, we have no power to make our work private. At this time 99design asks clients to pay (upsell) to make the work private or contact support and waste time until the work is removed from search engines. If you don't care that your competitor might see who designed your work and what other designs you received then go for it. I would give 99design 5/5 stars but until this privacy issue is resolved I'm sticking with the above review.

This is the last thing I'll buy from Wayfair, sick of receiving items with musty smells and damage. My husband spent more than TWENTY minutes with their inane return process, which consisted of starting a chat, sitting for minutes while they ostensibly "look up" the item (OR finish up with other customers while leaving him hanging), sending photos, and *then describing the problem shown in the photos* after already describing the problem. It seems really convenient at first when you hit upon something there, but in the end, it hasn't been convenient at all. I'd rather find the item elsewhere.

Terrible platform. I'm glad I only spent 13 dollars. Never using this site again. 7 days later, product not shipped and the site sides w/the seller. LAME! LAME! LAME!To add to this- once I was able to cancel, the seller and order info disappears so Im not able to review the seller. Even more LAME!!!
