NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM UO!!!! Consistently lost packages, missing pieces to items, torn items, stained items, but the worst thing is they DO NOT CARE. Stop shipping things through mail and ship them through a reliable carrier such as fedex!!!!! Also, teach your customer care reps to learn the golden rule of any industry, “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT” and that they need to all be on the same page with what they tell customers. Every time I call and someone tells me they can’t overnight a new package or give me a discount for inconvenience, I hang up and call back and get another woman who gladly ships my package overnight and gives me a discount to ensure I’ll come back. Not this time though because I won’t be back. Sincerely a 10+ year loyal customer
