I made a purchase and within 4 mins I realized that I had purchased them for the wrong night. We wont be flying in until the following night. So I LITERALLY CANT GO!! I called Customer Service3 within 11 mins., takes that long to find a phone number. The ticket had not been transferred yet, and 1 and 1/2 hours later they still haven't. I called customer service, clearly out sourced with someone reading off of a card. She was zero help. She said I could sell them when I receive them, but unless I don't get them tomorrow (the day of the event) I cant sell them. So I may or may not have time to recoop my $900!!! They hold you hostage because you get stuck with them because you don't have them to sell!! Then she hung up on me!! I wasn't cursing or anything I was just asking questions. Seat Geeks fee are INSANE and for that price you get ZERO help. I am a business owner myself and I would be ashamed if one of my clients had that type of experience. Shame on you Seat Geek. Go somewhere else!!!
