I orderd a large poster of the lonely mountain from the hobbit and realised it was way too big, so I asked to change it to a medium one, but instead of this the cancelled my order of £36 and deleted my account I got an email saying that a voucher credit of £36 number to buy again but the voucher dosnt work, and I couldn't get into my account so I had to set up another one and still couldn't use the voucher, the number didn't work, I want a refund to my original payment not a voucher I'm very upset about this as it was a gift and took me ages to find the item I wanted, I'm so frustrated by this why cant they just pay the money back instead of all the problems they cause. update I got a full refund but had to chase it up and complain first.
