Zoom tried to charge me for another year without my authorisation. When I asked them to change to monthly plan they said they need to escalate. After a few days and zero reply I changed it to free plan. Now Zoom says I owe them $149 as I used Zoom pro for 5 days! I only used it as I was expecting to pay for the month. However they kept sending me emails that they are still looking into it (for 2 weeks). I replied and replied but it became obvious no one reads emails in Zoom customer support. Terrible service.
