Review of ea
EA customer service is non existent. My son purchased a DLC pack without realising his laptop didn't have sufficient RAM to run it. He politely asked for a refund and sent screenshots of the EA error message, but was made to jump through hoops by some off-shore call centre who just kept closing his case and never resolved it. They basically steal money from children- disgusting company. I've now stripped all EA products off his laptop and have blocked him from purchasing any more of their trash.

Goods- Beautiful platform, with nice visuals, and learning tools. - Analysis of games is good- Documentations/free lessons/historic gamesBads- The most cheater-friendly platform. - Even if a player plays with %100 stockfish they will not be doing anythingCheaters today can use plug-ins and it's even possible to cheat in 1-minute games. They can start cheating only when they get in trouble, etc.. many sophisticated ways.. Chess.com is way too much outdated for this. The only way they block an account for cheating is when the person receives too many complains or if the cheat is happening against a popular streamer(such as Gotham chess), again only based on the number of feedback..,In my experience, the cheats on chess.com are much more than Lichess (and it is already too much on Lichess too)

Had an interesting experience yesterday.Amazon made a delivery and simply dumped the package on the doorstep and walked away. Did not ring the bell, knock the door or leave the package in the designated safe place. This has happened before, so I complained,The reply I got was“Drivers who deliver on Amazon's behalf typically do not knock on the door or ring the bell unless a signature or one-time password is required.”I checked on Google and this is correct.Amazon do not have a policy that requires couriers to make contact with customers. It is up to the driver to decide if they want to ring the doorbell or knock the door , all depends on how they feel or what mood they are in.The only exception is if a signature is required. So much for the aim of being the World’s most customer centric company.Makes no difference to them if your package is stolen or weather damaged.Just that the driver didn’t feel like knocking your door that day.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do great software but how they operate, charges, how they tie you in with trapping contracts and how they extract money from your account with no possibility of cancelling auto renewals is just daylight robbery! There is other software solutions out there which are cheaper and can do just as good job. I would not touch this company with a bargepole. Typical trashy American corporate attitude. Screw everyone over for profit. No surprise they are rated 1 star on Trust Pilot. Never again!
Review of kickstarter
I backed the Dride 4K dashcam in October 2021 with a promise of January 2022 delivery & nobody recieved anything until July 2023, then it's only half the product as the rear cam is simply not ready & won't be for months. What has arrived 18 months late is SO FAR below the standard of the product that was promised during the Kickstarter funding & Kickstarter don't care at all that they have left 4000 people feeling completely & utterly scammed.Kickstarter need to do more to protect consumers from being ripped off by small companies who clearly lie about everything from timescales to product specs to software abilities & everything in between. Dride are very much at fault here, but Kickstarter have done nothing at all to protect anyone. It's the second time this company have done this as well. Dride need to be removed from Kickstarter & Yossi Neiman banned from putting any companies or products on the platform as they use it to hide from returns & refunds whilst providing products that are absolutely not fit for purpose at all.

Received a very badly put together letter from this organisation, wanting £40.00 to register our company...for what exactly? We adhre to all privacy regs, we are a small business with most of our files on papaer. But because we may send the odd email to a customer we have to pay you £40.00?Jobs for the boys, another made up organisation paying millions for people to sit at computers and do sod all!Apparently they have just had a purge and all ltd companies will soon be reciving letters demanding payment to be registered. How do you know we keep our data secure..?You have registered us but you know nothing about us?We are just paying for nothing, being registered doesnt mean the companies have been checked.Far from it.. you pay £40.00 you are registered..what are we getting for the £40.00 exactly????

Review of agoda
I am very concerned to seeTwo Bed Bliss still on this site. We had booked to arrive on the 26th, no key lock at site. We thankfully found a hotel for the night and had a email from the owners on the 27th stating that they are no longer letting. Having a terrible time trying to send copies to Agoda. Rhian
Review of tripadvisor
Updated review: They don’t hire anyone with brain cells to review new businesses. We submitted a request to add a new business and were denied without any explanation. We have a website and a flow of clients. I know for a fact that they approve individuals without any social media presence but denied us. I’ve been talking to customer service but it’s pointless because they don’t even take time to figure out an issue and you get a different person every time. So YES THIS REVIEW IS FOR TRIPADVISOR
Review of hp
I RELY on HP customer service for trying to sign in and register as a partner in their page, but the automated voice calling system can’t even get my email address right. It is truly frustrating when I want to do business with this company, yet it’s made difficult due to a simple issue. I hopefully suggest there should be an option to speak with an agent directly, thank you.

A horrendous cancellation procedure with repeated stalling tactics, forcing you to speak to someone who then continues to stall with useless questions to try and prevent you from leaving, very shoddy business practice you'd expect of a less prominent business. The content itself is great but this leaves a sour taste and will mean I won't be resubscribing in future.

I was very frustrated from emails I had received, but the representative was very calm with me and extremely courteous. I would say 5, but at first, I was getting nowhere with solving the problem. Once they changed me to a representative from billing, he explained everything, I understood what had happened, and he fixed the problem for me. I am totally satisfied. Thank you!

Review of asus
My experience with the ASUS ROG laptop has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite purchasing the product with high hopes, the reality has been far from satisfactory.Firstly, the product quality itself leaves much to be desired. From performance issues to hardware malfunctions, it seems like the laptop is plagued with problems. But what's even more frustrating is the lack of support from ASUS. I encountered issues within the warranty period and reached out for assistance, only to be met with incompetence and negligence. Despite logging calls and seeking help, the promised support never materialized. And to add insult to injury, when I followed up, they conveniently claimed that the warranty had expired. This kind of pathetic support reflects poorly on ASUS as a company. Their disregard for customer concerns is appalling, to say the least. I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest in ASUS products, especially considering the subpar quality and abysmal customer service.Steer clear of ASUS ROG laptops unless you're prepared for frustration and disappointment.
