Up until now I'm very happy and satisfied. However, I haven't dealt with customer support (yet), which seems to be what most people here are complaining about here. But I am surrounded by tech savvy friends (here in the Silicon Valley in California), so I have hopes that I will not need any of their support services if the need arrises. My friends already helped me to upgrade that laptop drive and memory.Delivery was delayed, after their website stated the model I wanted was in stock (ThinkPad T15p Gen 3 Intel 15") when ordering. I actually got it around two week after the order was placed. Other than this, it well packaged, booted just fine and still works great.

Bought a new Lenovo IdeaPad (from Lenovo) with the added-in expense of 3-year Premium Service Warranty which *PROMISES* to give me next-day service at my site! 3 days into setting up the box, the machine fails. I think: NO WORRIES I HAVE PREMIUM ON-SITE SERVICE; THEY WILL FIX THIS TOMORROW! **WAS I WRONG** Lenovo's *ONLY* solution: we will ship you a new unit, BUT we will take 2 days before shipping it, and we will ONLY ship it by SLOW GROUND TRANSPORTATION (*NOT THE NEXT DAY SERVICE WE PROMISED YOU IN THE WARRANTY THAT YOU PAID FOR*). All in time for resolution -- about 10+ days. When I protested and asked, 'can you at least ship it next day?' I am told, you will just have to wait -- we won't even expedite the shipping for you. I think some one needs to look into how Lenovo sells a service and then they make no effort to deliver on what they sold. They won't even expedite the shipping. VERY SAD.

NEVER AGAIN. I brought a brand new xps laptop and booted it up for the first time to find it faulty. A hardware issue during manufacturing made the computer an unstable beast which is liable to crash, bluescreen or remove any internet/ Bluetooth capabilities at the slightest touch. Typing, moving the laptop, you name it. It’s impossible to use functionally Ok fine, frustrating but I can just get a replacement right???? RIGHT???It has been two weeks of multiple phone calls and Dell refuses to help me. Promises are made, a 24-48 time window is given and then nothing happens.The most frustrating and terrible customer service I have ever experienced.Never buy from them

I've known about Cloudflare for a long time but only recently decided to give it a try. Cloudflare helped us take an optimized website from around 75/100 performance score to 90/100. Couldn't be happier with the service, ease-of-implementation, and additional security. I will absolutely be using Cloudflare for any website I setup in the future!

How is James O’Keefe a “far right activist” ? James O’Keefe has done more investigative journalism than the fools at CNN along with these other fake news networks. Anyone that takes Wikipedia seriously as a source of knowledge should throughly get their head examined.
