NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN. I brought a brand new xps laptop and booted it up for the first time to find it faulty. A hardware issue during manufacturing made the computer an unstable beast which is liable to crash, bluescreen or remove any internet/ Bluetooth capabilities at the slightest touch. Typing, moving the laptop, you name it. It’s impossible to use functionally Ok fine, frustrating but I can just get a replacement right???? RIGHT???It has been two weeks of multiple phone calls and Dell refuses to help me. Promises are made, a 24-48 time window is given and then nothing happens.The most frustrating and terrible customer service I have ever experienced.Never buy from them
