Up until now I'm very happy and satisfied. However, I haven't dealt with customer support (yet), which seems to be what most people here are complaining about here. But I am surrounded by tech savvy friends (here in the Silicon Valley in California), so I have hopes that I will not need any of their support services if the need arrises. My friends already helped me to upgrade that laptop drive and memory.Delivery was delayed, after their website stated the model I wanted was in stock (ThinkPad T15p Gen 3 Intel 15") when ordering. I actually got it around two week after the order was placed. Other than this, it well packaged, booted just fine and still works great.
