When I transferred crypto to my Binance Japan account it showed up in my spot wallet, but it did not show when I tried to use the earn, withdraw or trade functions. I asked Binance customer support about this but I could not get a reply from a human even after waiting for several hours. After six days I'm still waiting for a reply for my customer support ticket. I just figured out for myself that I have to go into the transaction history, click on "status" and verify the sender of the transaction. I'm changing my rating to a two, because I was able to resolve this myself. But I'm very unhappy with the Binance customer service, as I still haven't gotten a reply for my support ticket and there was no information about this sent to me after the change over to Binance Japan, as far as I can tell.
