Paused my plan early 2023 & logged in later in the year to see my contacts - but this seems to have reactivated my account and I've unknowingly been billed ever since. They did not email invoices every month so had no idea my account had been reactivated & have wasted £200 on a service I thought had been paused. Emailing invoices are the bare minimum after payment in any business. No refunds apparently. Sneaky - would not recommend.
Review of booking
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Booking.com. I attempted to book accommodation in Cyprus, and during the process, my card was charged, but I never received a booking confirmation. I called customer service immediately and was told to wait 24 hours for an email. That email finally arrived and simply stated that the booking was not confirmed and that the money would be refunded within 7 to 12 days.I called again, now stressed because I had already booked flights and no longer had enough money to secure new accommodation. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they offered absolutely no solution. Just a scripted apology.I then submitted a formal complaint explaining everything, including that the prices for the same dates are now much higher and the original property is no longer available. I also clearly stated that the situation is urgent, as every day of delay is costing me more money. Despite this, Booking.com continues to send automated responses asking for information I already provided, like a reservation number and PIN, even though I explained multiple times that I never received a confirmation due to their system error.This situation has caused me serious stress, financial loss, and a huge waste of time. Booking.com has not offered a single solution or any gesture of goodwill, such as a voucher or discount. Just repeated automated replies with no real support.This experience has completely destroyed my trust. It is unacceptable to treat customers like this, especially when the mistake was on their side.

The services really sucks i can't even connect to the app when i got 5G indicated in my screen and to top it up i am paying a lot for this and they won't even fix the issue i had for six months. I am constantly being charged for "one time charge" restoral fee that is not even my fault. I have talked to 5 or 6 agents that says the same thing that they can help with the issue and at the end all results are the same. They will waste the time chatting and ask tge same questions and instead of fixing the issues they will just go in circles and to end it with they could not help and the issue is with the other department and they are closed already and have to schedule but when you schedule a call back for the next day guess what? Nobody will call. I got all the chat scripts that i downloaded i got screen shots and screen recording of the 5G that can't even connect to the their app just to prove it whenever i need it. I constantly ask for support to have my issues resolve and i don't think something is being done. I don't care if i pay 160$ per month for a reasonable service but not like this. I checked all the bill i payed and there is a lot of restoral and one time payment that they charged me they charged me double on some bills. Somehow my fault coz i don't check it but now i checked everything and add all of it damn i payed more than i need to and they are robbing me in front of my face all the time. So if you are at&t subscriber and don't check what is on your bill, you better start checking it all.

No fact checking, I actually do my own research..Joined before the rush so didn't have any problems setting up an account. Had to help others get through the glitches to set up accounts. Also watched utube tutorials on how to use the app made it a lot easier transition. Wish people would do their research instead of giving something 1 star and bad reviews.

I am an Computer Engineer and live in Germany. I have a notably good income and I have no financial problems with any bank or tax etc. here.
I wanted to use "Finanzierung" option for my dishwasher, which allows you to pay monthly rates. Everybody around here including students with much less income was able to get this option from Otto. But when I try to buy dishwasher, Otto directly refused to give me a monthly payment option. When I asked them, they told that, they cannot explain the reason unless I write a paper-letter to them. I became angry and told them that I won't do that and I don't want to buy anything from them, so they directly deleted my account.
In total it was embrassing and I don't recommend anybody Otto at all.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering a phone from these people. As has rightly been pointed out the customer services do not listen to what's being said but simply respond like an automaton usually "leave that with us" or "we've referred it and you should hear soon". Having heard that many times I gave up and said I wanted to cancel, it was as though I'd never asked - they simply said "patience and it will be delivered" or "wait and you'll hear". They ignore comments re the consumer protection act and the like as though it doesn't apply to them. Cannot say avoid enough times.Order GBP14781Section 75 refund via my credit card company received. Unbelievable that I should have to resort to that.

My 48 year old learning disability son (brain damaged) bought a lego Himeji castle for £139.99 from Lego store in Liverpool. I was shocked to learn that he could have bought the set for £107.99 from Amazon, Argos, Smythes, John Lewis and many more retailers. I am outraged that Lego stores are charging £32 more. If you want Lego, search for other stockists, don't pay over 25% more just because the store is a Lego store.

Avoid this platform like a plague. I signed up and linked my business Instagram page. The next day I had an alert from Instagram telling me my account had been compromised and I risk getting the account banned due to inauthentic activity which goes against their community guidelines. I am now blocked from all activities on Instagram for two weeks which is very detrimental to my business. I wish I had read the reviews on here first, luckily I am cancelling and opening an dispute with PayPal about this. Their platform clearly isn't cut out for professional use with Instagram.

PostNL failed to deliver my two parcels, and bol basically doing nothing to solve it, just sends me to the senders of these orders (they also do not much, but it’s another story). No way to find an option to chat/talk to the real person from bol.com.In comparison with the same type of platform: Amazon solves issues within an hour.

I bought tokens on coinbase wallet, it appeared on phone display but later it disappeared. I contacted coinbase no customer service for two days then several hour again delay. The customer service was troubleshooting on my coinbase wallet but after 15 minutes terminated. I contacted them several times no answer. I asked coinbase support I explained what had happened but they distracted conversation by focusing on irrelevant stuff as if they were covering up something. After thirty emails they admitted they had not customer service to deal with problem. Anyway, I asked them to trouble shoot my wallet to retrieve my tokens they rejected my request. I have not seen such company to hide facts. #Coinbase has no customer service so it exposes its clients to risk of losing money
