I joined Reddit in 2015. I've subscribed to many subreddits in that time. I use it on a daily basis and find it incredibly useful. Most folk are fine but as with all communities, there are the odd nasty ones.

God awful customer support team

They really need to train the outsource team much better. Instead of having them say they understand how you feel and lie about that they fixed the problem. Every time they say that its never fixed. I had request my package to be returned to me as i forgot something in it. Shortly after i realized it was fine and could continue to it's destination. Customer Service assured me that the return request was canceled and the package was on its way to be delivered to its original destination. After 5 days it came to my house instead. Nevermind calling the support number is furiously annoying as fed ex makes it virtually impossible to get ahold of a person. But even when you do they don't know anything and only repeat themselves. They try quickly to get you off the phone. They lie to appease you. I see by the 43,000 complaints that fed ex could care less. I don't use fed ex but the business i deal with unfortunately do. Can't stand this carrier

ubisoft is worst than ea in customer support.they let you buy ther games and after that theyjust sit down with calm and decide to ingore your support request.i needed support for a multiplayer game but they not responded just after 3+ days.im really lucky instead to pay this theyr game 60 dollarswith a genuine-legal key at cheap price i buy it in a key shop store for just 13 dollars :-)why you need to pay them the full price for a bad and unless support in change ?i suggest you to buy theyr games just purchasing a legal key.direct buy from ubsoft.com is not a deal and cheap affair.bad company of THE YEAR !!!

Ordered an album on 1 July using the new Discogs app that I was trialling. I have tried to make contact with the buyer, I have even made notes on the trialling system to raise the fact that after two weeks I still haven't received my order.I want someone from their side to contact me rather than telling me to go through allThis hoop jumping. I can’t be bothered to deal with this anymore.

Do not ever fly delta

Do not fly delta. Late departures and many delays on both departing and arrival flights. Did not give refund when I requested they only give airline credits that worked in no retailer anywhere. A hoax . Was a horrible experience in which jeopardized my job because of the late arrival. Faced discrimination .Will never never fly again with delta and you shouldn’t either .

The "news" is more fun if you make it up

The Daily Mail is a a tabloid that has aspirations of being a credible news source, like the broadsheets, but at the end of the day it is still just a "redtop".It has a shaky relationship with the truth like most tabloids and prefers sensationalism, polarised opinion and stoking prejudice rather than distributing impartial fact; probably because they need to incense their readership to drive engagement to generate ad revenue. On that note, the site is infested with obnoxious side ads and clickbait, I'd advise against entry, unless you have robust ad-blockerThe publication is vehemently against press regulation and yet consistently proves over and over again that the press doesn't have the wherewithal to regulate itself.Its great that they have a comment section, however, its full of trolls and highly polarised views, like much of the internet, its a complete cesspit, there is little reasoned response and it turns into a gutter brawl with all the associated mud flinging, enter at your peril, unless you go in for that thing.
