They really need to train the outsource team much better. Instead of having them say they understand how you feel and lie about that they fixed the problem. Every time they say that its never fixed. I had request my package to be returned to me as i forgot something in it. Shortly after i realized it was fine and could continue to it's destination. Customer Service assured me that the return request was canceled and the package was on its way to be delivered to its original destination. After 5 days it came to my house instead. Nevermind calling the support number is furiously annoying as fed ex makes it virtually impossible to get ahold of a person. But even when you do they don't know anything and only repeat themselves. They try quickly to get you off the phone. They lie to appease you. I see by the 43,000 complaints that fed ex could care less. I don't use fed ex but the business i deal with unfortunately do. Can't stand this carrier
