Disheartened by Sendinblue's Drastic Plan Change

As a loyal Sendinblue customer for years, I never thought I'd be writing a negative review. However, my recent experience has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. Due to an unfortunate incident involving a stolen credit card, our subscription payment failed last month. Upon resolving the issue and renewing our subscription, we were shocked to discover that our previous plan of 120,000 emails per month had been downgraded to a mere 20,000 emails per month at the same price!We contacted Sendinblue's support to request a restoration of our previous plan or a similar custom plan, but they denied our request, stating our old plan had been deprecated. This inflexible approach is unacceptable, particularly given the unexpected circumstances that led to our payment issue.The drastic drop in email volume from 120,000 to 20,000 emails has left us scrambling to find an alternative email marketing solution. It's disheartening to see a company we once trusted disregard our loyalty and commitment.

Adobe: Hey there customer!! You want to buy a subscription for just a month? Sure (we hope you didn't read the fine print)!Me: What was that?Adobe: Oh, nothing! So, you wanna buy it for 52.98 USD?Me: Sure, it's only a month. (Pays)Adobe A month later: Hey hey! Looks like your month is almost up! Time to pay another 52.98 USD!!Me who didn't even use 1 BIT (Bit as in compute Bit) of the plan: What? No, I think I'll just cancel it.Adobe: Okay! You can cancel! But, it'll cost you a fee!Me: Ugh, what's the price?Adobe: 1,678 USD! And you HAVE to pay it, because you agreed to our terms, this cannot be avoided!Me: Why is it so expensive? I didn't even use the plan at all!Adobe: You have 11 months of your plan left! So we need you to pay for the rest of your plan that you promised to use!Me: What the [very bad word] do you mean!? I signed up for the monthly plan!Adobe: We don't have monthly plans. Only yearly plans, that have the option to be paid in Monthly increments! You're paying for a year of [Subscription], but in monthly payments!Me: You do realize that doing this is both ethically wrong and is what most people would consider deceptive omission, which could land you a 250,000 USD case, right?Adobe: Oh, we know! But, because we wrote specifically in our contracts and terms of service, you can't sue us for anything! Didn't you read them? Because you agreed with them!Me: I did, thoroughly. And I didn't think I would have to for a MONTHLY subscription. And upon re-reading, it SEEMS that you DIDN'T cover this specific area, which would ALLOW me to get the government of the United States of America on MY side, and sue your [very bad word] into oblivion! Reread your terms and contracts!Adobe: (Rereads own terms and contracts) Ahh, it seems that we DID overlook some parts! Thanks for pointing that out!Me: Yeah, so, let me cancel, for free, OR for a fee that I choose!Adobe: We are going to update our terms and contracts before we do that.Me: Ok, I see you chose option 3, get sued with 1 million USD in fines! Your updated terms won't be applicable to me until 3 months AFTER you publish them, because I am a customer BEFORE those new terms, which means that I have this power! They might apply for users who agree to those AFTER you changed them, but I could still sue you during that 3 month period! So now you only have 2 options! You now either let me cancel for free, OR, you could receive a court case and pay ME a cancellation fee! Your choice!Adobe: (Re-looks at the law) Ha, aha. Ha. Umm. W-we guess you can cancel for free, you know, we realize that's a lot of money, and we don't think it's necessary, seeing as you didn't even use it... You can go now, sir.Me: Good. Have a lovely day! Currently broke down on the I 275 just…

Currently broke down on the I 275 just south of the skyway bridge. It is going on 9 AM Eastern standard time Been waiting on a tow since around 6 AM. Last update 166 minutes. Took forever to find a live representative Since I had already called in for tow. She stated maybe I do not know how AAA works. There are delays. I pay 100 mile for free. I’m not even 50 and they stated they have a problem finding someone to tow me that far and they are limited on drivers in the St. Petersburg Florida area . I strongly discourage anyone from joining AAA. You’re better off googling a tow truck company and calling for service would be my bet. I do not believe I will be renewing after all of this.

I have been using wish for a long time and the costumer service has improved so much. Now before I even notice a problem they will notify you and fix it before it becomes an issue. Payments and made safe and you don’t have to worry about multiple company’s having your info, just the one.

Subscription options - especially free trials that aren't!

I had a problem with the various subscription options. And believed that accepting a free trial offer was indeed free. I thought I understood from MuseScore that I would be billed after the trial period closed however I was billed immediately. On trying to rectify this I somehow got charged a 2nd subscription (at a different rate) and then MuseScore would not allow me to combine subscriptions. SO I CANCELLED everything.I am happy to say that George from MuseScore Support helped me out and arranged the full refunds.

We had to test Payment processing with Paypal and we had some problems with Braintree Paypal - Credit cards was working fine.We are building a fashion store for kids. On 13 Jan i got an email : Your account was recently flagged in an effort to verify your business model and the subsequent risk associated with yourXXXXXXXXXXX account.We provide all Paperwork they ask for and one day later Your XXXX EUR account was recently flagged in an effort to verify your business model and the subsequent risk associated with your account. During the review, we were unable to mitigate these concerns, and unfortunately, we will be closing your account on Friday, January 15th at 9 am CST.I called them and ask what else they need - NOTHING we DONT WANT YOU!RIDICULES THESE COMPANYS

Once I finally managed to get the annual plan, I wrongfully purchased it with a different email address. They offer the option to merge accounts in their help center but when I contacted them, they said that's not possible and denied all help, even when that goes agains their own policies. Now, I will lose access to the last week of my course because the absolutely refuse to merge my accounts when I have already paid for the year. Not to mention that the support rep's treatment has been completely and absolutely disrespectful. Not worth your money and time.
