Worst customer service. They don't have any way to move from a monthly plan to an annual one; you literally have to cancel the monthly plan, wait for it to expire to resubscribe to the annual plan. Once I finally managed to get the annual plan, I wrongfully purchased it with a different email address. They offer the option to merge accounts in their help center but when I contacted them, they said that's not possible and denied all help, even when that goes agains their own policies. Now, I will lose access to the last week of my course because the absolutely refuse to merge my accounts when I have already paid for the year. Not to mention that the support rep's treatment has been completely and absolutely disrespectful. Not worth your money and time.
