The worst customer service that I have ever encountered. We ordered and paid for a watch for a birthday present. A month later, Garmin are still blaming UPS, their delivery company for its non-arrival. It has taken a dozen calls and emails just to establish that UPS is investigating the disappearance of the product. The 8 days given to UPS by Garmin, did not even start until three weeks after the watch went missing. I have tried repeatedly to explain to the "Product Support Manager" at Garmin, that I have no interest in whether Garmin or their agent lost the item. Our contract is with Garmin.. They failed to deliver. End of story. They are not even interested in refunding or replacing what they failed to deliver and say they "might" be able to tell us more at an unspecified date in the future.Appalling customer service!
