Review of amazon

Amazon is a farce

Amazon is a farce, including Amazon.frThe last straw for me was when they did nothing to a delivery man who opened my parcel and placed my items in the box mail. They were not packed!!! He probably opened it to steal, since it was heavy. Only to realize those were beauty products. I asked for a refund for poor delivery and got nothing. When I decided to delete my account, customer service was very snarky about it and treated it like a joke. I haven't missed Amazon since and it's been months. They make it seem like you can't live without their services, even had a woman crack up at me when I told them I was about to leave, but they are easily replaceable. For books, cosmetics, electronics, music, movies, groceries, fashion etc, anything you can think of, there are better companies and you get better customer's service if anything goes wrong. STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON they got way too big headed.

I have been over billed many times. After request to cancel account they keep sending invoices. I have call and I get recordings to cancel online, I have folowed this and still charging me . last invoice I payed $15 invoices 3037691683 with request to cancel again. my but however they just wont cancel my account as I requested. Wish I could give 0 but no option . Used to be go to for lace for shopping always but Bristol Zara recently so bad that I have to now make this complaint to head office also . I do a lot of online shopping and collect in store but recently a Indian lady working in this branch and when anyone collecting she goes inside to bring the parcel and keeps loudly taking to other staffs “ why people order so much ? Disgusting I am dad up of this “ . I will now contact Zara head office and I want to ask them did I paid them to get my perception to listen this type of bullying from their staff ?

VERY slow shipping

Two things separate this company from Amazon; Amazon ships much faster, and Amazon provides better service after sale as well as precise delivery driver locations in real time. Newegg SPLITS UP orders based on fulfillment warehouses, so you will get your goods on different days at different times, and you won't get a chance to do anything about it until after things ship. God help you if you have any issues with your order, or need presale info (as in, do these CPU's come with a fan assembly, or do I need to buy one?). For the most part, I think their sort process is OK and I can find what I need. I am an experienced PC builder and have built many machines in over 25 years of work. Typically, I try to buy most parts at a local PC hardware store, but those are getting harder to find. Newegg fills the gap, but they NEED better service and support options. Also, just like Amazon, don't buy from third party sellers, it's a huge hassle. And also, HAVE PROPER VERIFICATION of deliveries, as UPS sucks, and they never deliver when they say they will. You also cannot contact UPS directly, nor can you contact the driver. From now on, Amazon is the only way to do this.

THINKING ABOUT BUYING MATTRESS OR FURNITURE, THINK AGAIN!

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BUYING FURNITURE OR MATTRESS FROM MACYS..STOP! READ THIS FIRST! So August 4, 2020 I walked into Macys and purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress set, paid cash and was told my set would be delivered August 27th...NOPE. Then again September 17th..NOPE. Then again on October 13th..NOPE. Macys calls the day before each scheduled delivery and says that the order is on backorder due to covid and the manufacturer not having materials to make my set. Today is now October 12 and I called for the 3rd rescheduled delivery and again..its being pushed out! I'm pissed!! If Macys knows that they cant fulfill orders..paid for orders..WHY ARE THE HAVING MATTRESS AND FURNITURE SALES???? That's wrong on so many levels!! So this would be the 4th time my delivery has been pushed out. I'm DONE MACYS!By the way..if you pay in cash, they will NOT refund you in cash, you have to wait for a check...!!??? I think I need interest on the cash they've been holding. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
