THINKING ABOUT BUYING MATTRESS OR FURNITURE, THINK AGAIN!

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BUYING FURNITURE OR MATTRESS FROM MACYS..STOP! READ THIS FIRST! So August 4, 2020 I walked into Macys and purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress set, paid cash and was told my set would be delivered August 27th...NOPE. Then again September 17th..NOPE. Then again on October 13th..NOPE. Macys calls the day before each scheduled delivery and says that the order is on backorder due to covid and the manufacturer not having materials to make my set. Today is now October 12 and I called for the 3rd rescheduled delivery and again..its being pushed out! I'm pissed!! If Macys knows that they cant fulfill orders..paid for orders..WHY ARE THE HAVING MATTRESS AND FURNITURE SALES???? That's wrong on so many levels!! So this would be the 4th time my delivery has been pushed out. I'm DONE MACYS!By the way..if you pay in cash, they will NOT refund you in cash, you have to wait for a check...!!??? I think I need interest on the cash they've been holding. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
