Wish I could give 0 but no option . Used to be go to for lace for shopping always but Bristol Zara recently so bad that I have to now make this complaint to head office also . I do a lot of online shopping and collect in store but recently a Indian lady working in this branch and when anyone collecting she goes inside to bring the parcel and keeps loudly taking to other staffs “ why people order so much ? Disgusting I am dad up of this “ . I will now contact Zara head office and I want to ask them did I paid them to get my perception to listen this type of bullying from their staff ?
