With what was a good company has turned into a horrible one. Five agents and five issues later, nothing has been resolved. Having one agent ignore this customers plight and decide to place him back in line, really says it all. No thank you, onto their competitor.

The price for the premium use of Academia increased again a huge amount this year (2025) from 158 Euros to 213 Euros per year! I oversaw the e-mail from the 3.12. otherwise I would have immediately cancelled my subscription, it is too much for me.I find also the method used to inform me as not correct. Instead of making the increase of price obvious, you had to carefully read the last lines of the email to recognize the huge price increase.And then after cancelling immediately, the support team contacted me and said that they will not cancel my subscription immediately (although they offered me the choice in their cancellation page of cancelling immediately) and informed me that they will not do this, but require of me to pay for another whole year!!

Such a seriously awful site - I've barely any time to manage my job and navigate this sack of nonsense. Example: today I am trying to simply pay a late self assessment fine online - I had to use Google to find the page to specifically pay this which is ridiculous, but then it asks for a ref number beginning 'x' that does not seem to exist in any correspondence online. Now I embark on trying to find a number to call and waste my valuable time sitting in a queue. Exasperating does not cover it. Dreadful site. Ironically, I am a self employed web designer.

I always find what I need on Creative Market. I primarily purchase mock-ups, templates, and typefaces, and occasionally photo filters or graphic elements. The quality of contributors is high, the options are numerous, and the website is well-designed and enjoyable to use.

However, almost 40 days later, it still hasn't arrived. I decided to buy the product through Sunsky and another seller, and it arrived in just three days. Very bad, AliexpressYou can keep my money, but from now on I'll look elsewhere first, and you'll be my last option. I've lost trust in both your sellers and your complaint resolution criteria.Unfortunately, there is no possibility of selecting negative stars. It is not the cost of the product, it is the time they made me waste, and I cannot recover that in any way.

A member for 26 years. Needed as battery replaced and decided to use their highly touted battery service. They could not provide the correct battery nor a qualified tech to install it. The vehicle is not exactly exotic. A 2016 Silverado. The advertising is flashy. The service is pathetic.

I really enjoy using Typeform as it's a refreshing survey tool that provides opportunity to improve the look and functionality compared to other generic survey tools.
However, since I've been using the free version for some time as I don't have a need for the full version I'm finding more features are being taken away from me so it's making it harder to use.

Useful music app that has a wide range available on its app, the ads aren't as much of an issue on the free version its pretty fair and the premium is a reasonable price.Recent updates have bugged out the site tho as thats why its no longer a 5, issues with the playlist and friends feed setting.

Plz don't use. Worst app and customer service ever. My duo plan never worked. My money got wasted. The customer care got me to do bank trasactions of no use and loosing more money for this app and loosing my duo premium plan too. Go for other music apps.

There are many reviews here objecting to the National Trust's response to the Black Lives Matter movement. This isn't one of them.The Trust has no duty to educate visitors about the history of the properties it maintains but it has always done so. The only reason any member would object to the recent report is that they object to supporting BLM with their subscriptions - no-one should object to that, by definition. The countryside and our heritage should not be a whites-only area, which to a large extent it is at the moment. The National Trust is for the nation and by effectively excluding minority communities we stir up trouble.

Initially good when I first joined, but now (for the last couple of weeks) the app is pretty useless, unless you are adding money/buying.....selling/trading on the other hand does not work, the app just hangs and I'm left with a blue spinning circle after I try to sell for cash or trade for another currency, and thus now losing out as the prices started to go back down.Maybe related to the latest UK announcement????Tried the usual delete/reinstall to no avail.Contacted CS via the app and email and so far had no response to try and figure out a solution.
