Spent weeks to find the perfect property, hours on the phone with VRBO " because each agent gave us conflicting info" to vet out any potential issues for a once in a lifetime trip to Brazil. Host cancelled weeks prior to the trip because they found a longer term renter and just kicked us off the reservation. Now we are scrambling to find a new place, prices are way higher due to the date being so close. Complete nightmare. Worse thing is we cant even give the host a bad review because we never stayed at the property so they are free to screw someone else over the same way with no repercussions. The customer service reps are a mess, ended up losing connection and giving up on the whole thing.

Awful.I cancelled my quickbooks self employed as quickbooks sole trader helps with cis deductions... I'm a sub contractor..Its put me on a free trial and will not let me subscribe and runs out in a couple of days. its just constantly tells me an error 81622 and contact customer service. Well good luck with that they are clueless at best. After countless emails and telephone conversations they haven't resolved this as they have no idea what the error code means... absolute joke I shall be taking my business to xero update,,,So thanks for your pointless reply. but that goes no nearer to resolving the problem as usual absolute joke at best

Uniqlo prohibits the return of opened products including Relaco shorts which are classed as inner wear for hygienic reasons, but ironically they have no problem sending the same product that has been opened without the original packaging but repackaged in a plastic bag to the customer .I have already contacted customer service and complained about this, why are items that have been opened and without the original packaging sent to me? But the answer was very unsatisfactory, they just said if I am not satisfied I can return it, I have already paid the shipping cost and if I am going to return it, I have to pay the return cost as well. Absolutely no free returns or exchange offers. their service is very unsatisfactory and not customer friendly.

We have been passed between 10 or more people in supposed customer service who just pass us on to the next person. Now we have been given an account manager that does not even have an Okta email and does not respond to emails. But we do get a renewal email. Well that is not happening.I have no idea how it is possible to build such a poorly function organisation
