Uniqlo sent opened articles and without the original packaging.

Uniqlo prohibits the return of opened products including Relaco shorts which are classed as inner wear for hygienic reasons, but ironically they have no problem sending the same product that has been opened without the original packaging but repackaged in a plastic bag to the customer .I have already contacted customer service and complained about this, why are items that have been opened and without the original packaging sent to me? But the answer was very unsatisfactory, they just said if I am not satisfied I can return it, I have already paid the shipping cost and if I am going to return it, I have to pay the return cost as well. Absolutely no free returns or exchange offers. their service is very unsatisfactory and not customer friendly.
