enterprise customer, we found bug in their product. 9 months later and they have refused to fix it. We have been passed between 10 or more people in supposed customer service who just pass us on to the next person. Now we have been given an account manager that does not even have an Okta email and does not respond to emails. But we do get a renewal email. Well that is not happening.I have no idea how it is possible to build such a poorly function organisation
