my cayenne had a problem with the hybrid part, which is under warranty but no one wants to assume it, and i am being ignored by all the porsches, i am entitled to that warranty as it says on the carfax with my car's VIN. I have been at home for 3 months without a car with 2 children because of this situation. I need you to take responsibility for this. This car was my dream and right now it's a nightmare with terrible customer support.I have been ignored, they promise to call me or respond to emails and nothing happens. I'm being scammed by this company. the head office asks me to talk to fremont and fremont asks me to talk to the head office they are playing ping pong with me.I feel like they are trying to scam me for being an immigrant, but I have all the evidence on this matter!
