Since I also use PayPal, I honestly don’t understand why so many people dislike the platform.A few days ago, I ordered L-Tyrosine, which was delivered today – everything went smoothly.Today, I also ordered L-Theanine. From the beginning, things were unclear: the package left Poland on June 13th and arrived at the UPS facility in Rome at **01:40 AM on June 20th**. It was marked as “out for delivery” at **04:57 AM**.From that moment: **nothing.**The estimated delivery window was **12:15 PM to 4:15 PM**. I stayed home the entire day, **putting aside other commitments**, relying on the time window UPS provided. At **6:30 PM**, with no updates or contact, the system silently changed the status to **“by end of day”** – a vague, meaningless phrase that tells the customer absolutely nothing.No doorbell rang. No delivery attempt. **Nothing.**To make matters worse, I contacted UPS customer support and received a careless response: _“There must be a reason.”_ A **disrespectful and dismissive answer** for a customer who wasted an entire day waiting.Let me be clear: **nobody attempted delivery.**If they had, the tracking system would have reported it, as it always does. I remember when SBS first came on air. Few ads during programs, movies had one ad halfway through. Now ads are many. Now they make you watch an ad whenever you choose a channel as well as the scheduled ads. As I like to flip SBS channels, yup, I have to watch an ad everytime first, so no point flipping channels. If I have to watch another bowel testing ad I'll have a meltdown. I have now drifted back to the ABC as my main channel. I still watch SBS world news, but that's about it. I love SBS, but it has become unwatchable.

I got banned today for no reason. All the time it took me to design and upload my works is just wasted and they didn´t even say why. Another thing that feels like a scam are the fees besides the manifacturing costs, you have to pay up to 2/3 on top... i´m just disappointed

I hate the change in Outlook. What in heavens name ist he point of dividing the inbox? It just means LESS easy to see all you`ve received and one more click to see the mail Outlook have decided i don`t want to see. They are dead wrong btw. What i like about the New Outlook, is that the front page have no change that i can see. So i can still see all my emails at one glance and also still see how many Garbage mails i have. The Garbage page is where i find about half of the mails that i WANT. Since Outlook do a really bad job of trying to find out what i like and want to read in my mailbox; i wish they could leave the sorting to me altogether. And that they would Write all across their wall; IF IT`S NOT BROKEN; DON`T FIX IT!

So incredibly unhelpful. My “case” has been open for well over 2 months and they won’t do anything about my watch being broken until it’s closed. They can’t seem to work out what’s wrong, so I need to wait until they do with a broken watch?And to top it off, I’m being contacted by a a million different customer care people telling me to try the exact same things I’ve clearly already tried. Would not recommend
