Horrible I've been locked out of 5…

Horrible I've been locked out of 5 accounts for logging into them from my uncles house, Not only I gave up trying to make a Facebook account for a year, and now I decided to make one but then I get locked out instantly before even being able to get onto it because I have to wait a day to be authenticated, What has Facebook came to now its really bad wouldn't recommend would rather use twitter or any other social media.

Review of Canva

Annoying without the subscription

I used to love Canva for its simplicity, but over time it's gotten more and more frustrating to use without Pro. So many features - even the simplest of graphics - are locked behind a paywall. Instead of it making me want to buy the upgrade, it just makes me want to use something else.

BBC LICENCE RIP OFF

The BBC now force everyone to pay £157 per year. They then make woke, smug, PC dramas and broadcast hard-left news. They are aiming to attract the 50,000 remaining Guardian readers but, what about the millions of normal viewers? This is an offensive, national disgrace. Enough already.

Review of adidas

Adidas have made this so complicated…

Adidas have made this so complicated that the convoluted jumps that I have had to go through are too complex to fully explain. The stress, anixiety and mental health issues that this has caused are through the roof.I had a faulty pair of goggles almost a year ago. Adidas were unable to send a replacement and refused to provide a monetary refund because I had purchased the goggles with a voucher. The voucher that they sent me forced me to spend extra money to get the refund. I argued that this was illegal. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, terms that are deemed unfair or that significantly disadvantage the consumer can be challenged. Forcing a customer to spend additional money to use a refund voucher could be seen as an unfair term, particularly if the original voucher did not have such conditions.Eventually, after months of arguing, they agreed to resolve the issue and compensate me for my trouble. I received a voucher and refund to cover the extra money that I had to spend pus a voucher for the undue stress this had caused. As I had to wait so long to resolve this issue, I had already purchased new goggles so I purchased some new swimming trunks instead.Unfortunately, the swimming trunks were too small so I had to return them to exchange for the next size up.At this point, I want to stress that all of our transactions had completed. I had bought the new trunks, used the voucher and received the agreed upon refunds and voucher for compensation.I have emails that explain some of the situation but I'm sure the employees were being forced to take matters into their own hands and find a non-conventional way of resolving the problem.Regardless of this. All of my refunds etc were received on the 8th February. Adidas and I were square at this stage. I sent the items back after this on the 11th February which is the clearest proof that I have, that Adidas either owe me the same three pairs of trunks, the exchange or the full value of the trunks).I was in possession of 3 pairs of swimming trunks that were too small and neither Adidas or I owed each other anything.I then sent the trunks back for exchange and since then Adidas have refused to send me the exchange or provide me with a refund/voucher to the value of the three pairs of swimming trunks. They have also refused to simply send me the original items back that I sent them. They claim that they do not owe me the full value of the items because they have already sent me a refund but I will repeat that all the refunds and vouchers that they sent me were before I sent the trunks back. They were part of a completely separate agreement based on all the issues I have had trying to get a replacement for the original faulty goggles.Adidas' systems and procedures seem to be so ridiculous and rigid that their own employees are forced to find ways around them that don't then register properly and cause these issues. As things stand I am owed either the same 3 pairs of swimming trunks that I sent them, the exchange (which is what I want) or the value of these three pairs of swimming trunks in full. They are refusing to provide this which contravenes my consumer rights. I have tried to resolve this issue with their WhatsApp team in excess of 5 times and I have tried to resolve this with their phone team twice. On every occasion they are unable to resolve the issue immediately and therefore escalate it. However, I then get an email to say the case has been closed before I have been contacted again or any attempt has been made to resolve the situation. They are avoiding their responsibilities. The only occasion where the case has not yet been closed, is my most recent phone call today. I can only hope that they don't just ignore their responsibilities and close the case again before they have contacted me.

Guys please avoid this company as fast…

Guys please avoid this company as fast as you can . I ordered three things from them . On the tracking it says delivered. I haven’t received anything . When I call them they say they don’t know which website. That I should wait for an hour . The customer Service is rude . I just got scammed . From the accent too I realised it was either an Indian or Pakistani . Be very careful. It’s a scam .

Review of mindbodyonline

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The worst I have ever experienced. I can’t get hold of a human to talk to. And they are now telling me that they aren’t called Mindbody and it must be someone else named Mindbody who have falsely taken money from my account. Strange that the phone number my bank gave me is registered to you.I downloaded the app in Jan as I’d read that it was a brilliant fee app. Once downloaded and I released it wasn’t free I deleted the app. Just looking at my bank account today I seem to have paid this company £97.20 and I haven’t even had the benefit of the service they offer. If anyone has any contact details for this company please let me know as I’m struggling to find anything and I don’t want to download the app again.

Review of lg

Worst Customer service ever

Worst Customer service ever. They can make a customer wait over the call itself for 30 minutes with no response. You can imagine how it will be for the repairs or replacement. After 3 visits and 3 orders of various parts of the refrigerator they still expect me to wait and see if the issue can be fixed and only after that i can get a replacement although my appliance is still under warranty. To make it better i do not even have any assurance from LG about the longevity of the parts replaced and that it will work fine for coming Years.

Facebook deliberately keeps fake adds on their platform. When you report them you get back that it is compliant with their policies and rules - even though it's very clearly AI generated and fake. When asking to conduct further review they come to the same decision.

Review of expedia

NO ONE CAN ADD AT EXPEDIA!

I went to book a reservation for at a Microtel in Aurora Ontario for $119 per night USD for 3 nights. "ALL taxes and fees included!" When I clicked "reserverve" the total was $401 USD. I talked to a sales rep and a supervisor. NO ONE WHO WORKS THERE UNDERSTANDS THAT $119 X 3 does not equal $401. They just hope that you won't notice.

Backorder service works good!

Just got me the domain of my dreams. The backorder service works! I set up alerts like a year ago and got a notification the other day that the domain I wanted was in the drop pool, I clicked a box to go through with the backorder and topped up my balance to cover the transaction ($30ish) and everything went though smoothly. Very impressed. We did it! THANK YOU DYNADOT!!!! This will be my first choice for backordering domains in the future definitely!

Review of clover

A clever way of getting your money

I stopped using Clover when lockdown started in November of 2019. I closed the account But in April 2022 I received a bill for $44 plus $150 collection fee because the bill hadn't been paid since 2019. I never received any notice of fees due. I negotiated to pay the fees and close the account without having to pay the collection fee. I also received via e-mail that the account had been closed as of April 30th. Then in June I received a second notice that there was a fee overdue with the $150 collection fee still! Customer service said that there may have been a fee pending at the end of April that went automatically to collections. At this point I've started a case with the BBB.
