Review of emirates
Very average ‘budget’ economy flight from Newcastle to Dubai. This airline used to be fabulous and the journey a great start to a holiday. Our flight felt like a Ryan air experience . We felt very cramped and herded. Staff were either attentive and professional, or couldn’t care less- depending on which side of the aisle you were served from. Extremely disappointed.

When I placed my online order it said 4-7 business days Right now I am going on 10 and tracking says expected in 5 more. The order was not shipped until 5 days after I placed my order. I ordered my shoes for an event, looks like they will not get here in time.

Numerous times I have been billed for services I did not want or use. The system is super opaque and I've contacted support on many occasions to help stop whatever they're charging me for.Their billing dashboard goes beyond just being a dark pattern and is borderline criminal. If only I had known one year ago that there are much better (and cheaper) PaaS providers out there ...
Review of animoto
I have been using Animoto since 2008. Up until recently I would have given them a 5. Their software is very good but that doesn't make up for taking advantage of customers just to generate more revenue. Like so many people writing comments here, Animoto tried to stick me with paying for a subscription I did not sign up for. I have always paid for the personal plan. Responding to an offer, I paid for a one month trial of the Pro Plan and unbeknown to me, my credit card was billed $19.99 per month for months until I it noticed recently. They will tell you “It says you will be billed on a subscription when you check out”. That’s dishonest because I only paid for a one month trial and if it says that then it had to be very obscure. They will also tell you, “You received an email (to that effect)”. That’s untrue as well. I use contact management software with records of all incoming and outgoing emails and I absolutely did not get an email. They probably spent more time in labor writing emails telling me why I'm wrong and offering impractical solutions than if they just processed the refund. They also lost a long term customer (I'm now using Stupeflix. It's just as good and FREE). Ironically, at the same time I discovered Consumer Reports was billing me monthly as well and they refunded an entire year of charges. At least they have some integrity.
Review of aljazeera
Shame, shame on Al Jazeera,After years of using your news as my source of world affairs now I know how wrong I have been.Reading about Iran news, as of today around 300 young people have died and 40 are children, your are saying a dozen alleged dead including security forces. You even saying after alleged death of a "girl"!How shameful you can't even say her lovely name which is Mahsa Amini. Her name is a symbol of women right around the world specially in Islamic countries. The whole world knows her name and you are shy to say it.My heart is broken from your biased journalism. So so sad to see this is happening to my beloved news source.Good bye.No more reading your news.

Review of songkick
Songkick is quite possibly the greatest site/app I've ever encountered for all things concert related. Thanks to them I've been clued in to bands playing in my area I probably never would have known about otherwise. Lots of info, tons of artists, easy to use - I love it.

Review of hp
I have an officejet 8015e. My printer took forever to set up and multiple calls to HP. You can’t scan direct to PC, you can’t scan to email, you can’t scan at all without the HP app open on a 3rd party device. You have very limited options printing and every setting is defaulted to the USA, despite buying the printer in the UK. So I have to change the paper type from letter to A4 for every scan. The title of documents also defaults to US english. You require an ink subscription to use the device at all, which means signing up for a certain numer of print pages per month. If you dont use those pages a few roll over but if you then need to print one big document you then need to pay a ridiculous amount for that as you signed up to less pages, or you need to increase your subscription. So most of the time I’m paying for pages I dont need and then when I do need to print one bit thing, I can’t without paying a huge amount more. They also require you to keep the printer switched on 24/7 wasting a huge amount of electricity, which is a shocking policy for a company when most companies are trying to reduce their carbon footprint. It’s one expense after another for absolutely dreadful software and average hardware. The app logs out constantly, so you may just wish to quickly scan something, but it will take a very long time, because they’ve logged you out the awful app. I have contacted HP customer service on several occasions and they are slow to get back to you and will leave you sitting for hours while they message to ‘troubleshoot’ and will send one task like ‘print a test page’ and then not reply for another hour. They’re the worst tech company I have ever dealt with and I’d not touch them with a barge pole.

Recipes are usually good/helpful BUT using the site on mobile is inconvenient at best.Switched to the laptop to help my mum with a recipe and the god-awful adverts on each side of the web page would glitch out the page and scroll it downwards every time they finished their loop - so every 5-10 seconds, while I'm trying to read out each step clearly for my mother across the room. Imagine having to read it WHILE actually baking, and your hands aren't free or clean to scroll back up.The site isn't user-friendly at all.
