Numerous times I have been billed for services I did not want or use. The system is super opaque and I've contacted support on many occasions to help stop whatever they're charging me for.Their billing dashboard goes beyond just being a dark pattern and is borderline criminal.If only I had known one year ago that there are much better (and cheaper) PaaS providers out there ...
