Shoddy, defective software. My experience: I was getting 2 tickets for a $10 beekeeping class. When I would be almost done with the process thru Eventbrite, using Paypal, the screen would pop up and say Oops! We can't find your event! Smh. Then I would look for the event, and there it was. Did this three times, to no luck...so I thought. Looked at my email, and lo and behold I had purchase SIX TICKETS for this event!!! A $10 beekeeping class was now costing me $60. I wrote the organized and was able to get a refund right away, thankfully. Eventbrite does not even have a feature on its website to be able to leave feedback, as I was going to give them a head's up that their software for this event was not working. I'll never recommend using them, and if I must purchase tickets through them again, will be very wary. Pretty damn lame.

I think it's pretty good, better than chatgpt o4. But I can't use it, I get less than an hour in and it tells me "Message limit reached for Claude 3.5 Sonnet until 7:00 PM.".Now that's more than an inconvenience. I'm paying for this.

Looked a few times for play for today. It was a huge series and had some great dramas in it. You can only access two episodes from the whole series. It's been like this for a long time now. Why can't they put the whole series up, or at least rotate them? The BBC is rubbish.

Spoke to Laura in complaints department. She was professional and gave some good and fair responses in places but totally condescending and unsympathetic in other places which doesn't help. Why does amazon make it so difficult to cancel things like add on subscriptions? I wanted to cancel BFI player. I spent 2 hrs on the whole malarkey. I was hung up on with no call back,sent around in circles ,given a video that was incorrect. I was then asked to go through a process to check the flaws in amazons systems further wasting my time emotions and efforts,the cheek of it! A verry verry poor and exhausting experience altogether something you wouldn't expect from a goliath corporation!

This company doubled my yearly subscription without any notice, taking it from my bank account without warning. I only noticed it a week or so later. This is an unethical, dishonest, business practice, and I can't believe they continue to do this despite all the bad reviews and previous posts from former users who have got burned by them.

A complete and utter waste of time and money, since the new ‘super-computer’ that grinds billions of variables together we get a ‘forecast’ that is not only incorrect the next 48 hours, but incorrect for even an hour or two later. In the past 3 years apart from very large areas of high pressure and low wind speeds where weather is highly likely to be good for 3-4 days, every other day has proved wrong. 5% chance of rain is indicated every hour-so IT MIGHT rain, but then it might not…today map showed NO RAIN until 2-3pm, absolute downpour over all of Kent from 10am onwards..You want a forecast? Look up at the sky and make your own predictions, their computer model has wrecked everything as all Artificial Intelligence does on a daily basis…just ask the idiot Neil Ferguson who predicted that 10,000 people a week would succumb to man-made swine flu….billions spent on another drug that served no purpose other than landfill-and we wonder why the NHS is going bust? I truly despair of all of our so-called ‘leadership’. A sinking society ship that is run by the flea-ridden rats gobbling all the gold! The Met Office is no exception, just behind the BBC and National newspapers….

Until recently, this browser would have had five stars. It worked exactly as it said it should, and when I had a couple of issues setting it up I was able to contact someone who quickly replied personally and helped me sort it out. Unfortunately a short while ago it stopped syncing passwords and bookmarks, despite always being set up to do so, which makes it more or less useless as I use three devices and need them to have the same information on them. I haven't changed anything. Worse than this, there is now no way to contact a human being for help, which is incredibly disappointing. It is going to take me ages to move everything over to another browser, and I don't have time to research and try out a load of new ones so reluctantly heading back to Chrome for now. Brave might be good for you if you just use one device, but please don't rely on it sharing information across devices. You will waste hours of your life.

I added my brother to my AAA Membership. Thankfully, upon calling for a tow, he was home. The operator who answered, Susan, said previous to sending a tow truck to my property, she'd have to speak with him. No problem. As the conversation continues, I explain my vehicle needed a jump, and has a ½ flat tire. Susan says this is for towing only. OK, no problem. Continuing, I stated I needed my vehicle moved to the back portion of my property because I'm purchasing a new vehicle the following day. Susan (Ohio ph # 1-800-400-4222) then states she can't send a tow out unless I'm going to a mechanic for repair ! Are you kidding me ? Calling corporate office tomorrow (it's Sunday 12/15/2024). I pay on time, every month and expect to be towed to any destination. Susan was rude, condescending and from start to finish conversing with me, was clearly not out to help me. Zero stars for Susan, uneducated, rude, and definitely not customer service oriented. She's unacceptable and should be terminated.

Tina Kucera Realtor Cape Coral, FLWe sold our home and this Realtor represented the buyers. She had them overbid the asking price and then attempted to try and find fault with the home to lower the price which did not work. At the time of offer acceptance we asked and had in the contract that the house was not contingent on appraisal. This realtor stated no the buyers will cover the difference, 2 days before closing she called and stated the buyers were backing out unless we lowered the house price. We were in the middle of closing on another home and planned on using proceeds towards it. she offered no negotiation. We were told the lender would not loan them the money, I actually called him and he said this was not true. The whole ordeal with this lady was a mess. She is a nasty person with an attitude. No wonder Relators have a bad name - YOU ARE A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY REALTORS HAVE A BAD NAME

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - If I could give them ) or negative stars I would - At first it worked now it has my money in limbo and Plaid or whatever 3rd party Venmo works with will not support MULTIPLE banks including PNC BANK. Venmo has virtually NO Customer service and the illusion that they have someone or some kind of dept handling it (Its not open Sunday) REALLY How secure I feel with security! (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR). PNC Bank Points to Venmo and says they have your money and they cant help. Venmo now wants me to pay to get my money out. WHAT A SCAM - No wonder they were hacked recently and MILLIONS of our personal info was put out on net - But they wont tell you that or you'll never hear that happened. AVOID THIS P.O.S. app and company all together including PLAID or whatever or whoever these SCAMMERS use, Take it from a Google prefered contributor and Influencer. AVOID THEM try ZELLe or CASH APP and there are others as well out there that are FREE and actually have a customer service department that is open and will actually help you! Don't just take my word - GOOGLE Venmo reviews and see what others have to say.

Since I updated Dropbox on my Mac a few months ago, I've had a lot of problems. It's terribly poor support and my problems have escalated and are very complicated, instead of being resolved. I have been in contact with your chat and support via email. I have spent many hours trying to get this resolved. Having support via email where the feedback is at least 24 hours does not work when the problems are such that it is not possible to work. I will now contact a computer technician and ask them to try to sort out all the problems caused by updating Dropbox. I am a very unsatisfied customer and as soon as I get help to solve some problems I will quit Dropbox.

I was originally impressed with American Express and their customer service. When they get things right automatically, they are wonderful. But they are a huge bureaucracy full of red tape, and when they get things wrong, there is no power in heaven or earth capable of changing it. Regardless of your documentation, if they don’t follow through on their offers or promises, you won’t get them. And you can forget about the usual protections against shoddy or disreputable merchants - American Express is more concerned about businesses accepting their card (rarer than you might expect), than they are about you. And that’s what this is all about, really - even if you’re an American Express Platinum customer, they don’t care about you at all. They’ll say whatever to get you in the door and then treat you like garbage because they know you’re stuck with them and their ridiculously high annual fees.
