By far, the worse and most incompetent company I've ever done bussines with. I paid €300 to get one of their cards. That was 4 months ago and still haven't got the card. Stay away from this company at all cost. Unless you want to lose time and money.

We had problems with our stay and wanted to complain when we returned home to the UK. Could I contact them, could I hell. I messaged them on their Facebook page which says we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Well it's been nearly a week and no contact from VRBO. Once you've travelled the app doesn't recognise your booking and you go round and round in circles. The telephone number for the UK just cuts off after you're on hold for 4 minutes. I'm thoroughly annoyed and would not recommend booking with this booking platform. Basically our cabin was supposed to be a 3 min walk from central Gatlinburg, nope. It was 1 hour and 43 minutes walking and so we had to drive everywhere. The cabin was dirty, dog hair on the bed, dirty rusty chair outside. Dirty balcony with months of cobwebs, food splashed on the wall from the BBQ, not enough forks or cutlery....and in return to the UK VRBO have been absolutely rubbish in fact I've not been able to contact them full stop. Don't waste your money booking with this company.

Hi, my name is Bianca. I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift from my husband last year. The next day I went to change it because it was not the right size. I was happy that I found another one that I liked better and I paid the difference of 10 euros. Unfortunately, it broke the other day and I went to the store where he bought it to change it. Yesterday I went with the Gift receipt but they said that it is not good to bring another receipt. Today I returned with all the receipts from that day.And she told me that none of them are my bracelet, that the bracelet I have has a different name and that she cannot change it. I left the store very upset and after a minute I came back and said I wanted to talk to the store manager. She said that she is an assistant manager and that she cannot do anything. I left the store again and started looking at the receipts. I found the receipt with the name of the bracelet with the difference of 10 euros that I paid and I went back again. I showed her the receipt and she said it was not good and I told her to look in the computer for the bracelet on the receipt. And what to see was the picture of my bracelet. It's about a blonde girl, I don't know her name, but please check who was on duty today, February 1, in the morning shift and you will find the person. She was very nervous, I told her that this is not how customers are treated, that she should be more attentive and check receipts better next time. And he closed my mouth telling me in a very harsh tone, "don't talk anymore, she'll change it for me" I think that in a store like Pandora such a person is not good or needs training on how to behave with customers. It's about respect, it's about my money and believe me, I spent a lot in that store, not just a bracelet. It could have been such a great idea, Instead it has become a marketing tool. FB is about data collection. It has no purpose in any civilised society. The only possible thing abut FB is WhatsApp! It’s a amazing our money changes people and NEVER for the better. Not that he cares but Mark Zuckerberg should take a long look at himself and how he and his idea has destroyed tolerance, increased racism and homophobia, destroyed families. No much good as come from FB and I am so happy it is in decline.

What a nightmare....I've been using BB for several years now and was very satisfied. Until now...Had problems backing up my Mac and had to contact support.After many messages/screenshots and making clear that it was a Mac I had problems with I received a link to a tool that was for Windows...I answered that it should be clear by now I am using a Mac and I received apologies with the message that they were assuming that I used a Mac according to the messages and screenshots they received...(?!??) and I received the same link to the Windows-app....OMG. Still not able to backup....EDIT: send a complaint to the helpdesk and my complaint is now set to 'solved'. Well, set to solved by the same person my complaint was about.....EDIT: After many conversations back and forth and many hours of testing after many adjustments recommended by the helpdesk I decided to cancel my subscription as nothing helped to solve my problems....

Garbage.They have a big splash ad on their website stating they will send a 10% discount code for your first order if you give them your email. Yeah, right. I tried. Twice. Both times the website "thanked" me for submitting my address, but sent me nothing. I called customer service, and the ridiculous rep told me to place an order FIRST, then she could email me the discount code and apply it to my order. Haha. They've already shown they are not trustworthy, and now they are trying to convince me to give them my money before they provide what they'd already promised. Gross. Also illegal to promise something in return for my email (i.e. so they can spam my inbox), and then not deliver. I would rather pay more elsewhere than deal with a sleazy company like wayfair.
