Spoke to Laura in complaints department. She was professional and gave some good and fair responses in places but totally condescending and unsympathetic in other places which doesn't help. Why does amazon make it so difficult to cancel things like add on subscriptions? I wanted to cancel BFI player. I spent 2 hrs on the whole malarkey. I was hung up on with no call back,sent around in circles ,given a video that was incorrect. I was then asked to go through a process to check the flaws in amazons systems further wasting my time emotions and efforts,the cheek of it! A verry verry poor and exhausting experience altogether something you wouldn't expect from a goliath corporation!
