I started using HeyLink.me last year and I can say that it has made everything so much easier since it allowed me to manage all my links in one place (which by the way is customizable so it was fun personalizing my page). Through this, I no longer have to change my link in bio every now and then whenever I have something new to share nor am I limited with only sharing one social media link at a time. I also love the added features such as analytics and messages.

I bought some headphones from them and it said under what’s in the box that I was supposed to get a protective travel bag but there wasn’t one, it took me ages to finally contact someone and when I did they said to send they whole thing back for either a refund or a replacement as they don’t send out missing items 😡😡

I purchased ESPN+ 5 days ago solely to watch NHL Playoff games. To-date, not one game was live. The only one that I see will be live is NY-NJ, which is the one series I have no interest in.NO OTHER GAME!ESPN+ advertise they show over 1,000 live NHL games, including Playoffs, but including today (Apr 21), not one was shown.A true rip-off, very dishonest, and obviously they are getting away with it!

My boyfriend and I got stuck at joes NY diner locked out of our car, we called at 2.30 am and they said they were sending someone out, we waited and waited and they told us someone wasn't gonna be able to help us until 4 am, when 4 am came no one was here, then when someone finally showed up at a quarter til 5 am couldn't unlock our car and told us he had been waiting for 3 hrs for a call, A CALL HE SHOULDVE BEEN ON AT 2.40 AM. When he gets here he doesn't have the right tools and can't help us, bc triple a doesn't supply the right things to help us. After failed attempts he told us he was gonna contact dispatch and have someone else come out in the next thirty minutes, it's 5.32am right as I'm writing this and still nobody came and when we called to check the status they had dropped our request. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to sit through.

I am sick and tired of this constantly happening... I place my order, given a delivery date, and after I place my order, they take payment immediately, but the item is not shipped for days, if ever. No way to track the item. What a horror way to treat your customers. HORRIBLE... They as everyone else, take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for screwing with people, just to amuse themselves. Orders never arrive... If shipping is from Amazon... NO WAY to TRACK ITEMS... Only on Amazon app and that doesn't give me any updates,or delivery time.
