They make it easy to take your money, and very hard to get it back. I was advised by a "friend" to invest some money with them, bought USDT, then I realized the app was not for me, so I wanted to take my money back. Apart from not having the option to reverse transfers, you have to convert money back to original currency, then you have to transfer to one of their "partners" (Zen), which in turns charged 3.5 EUR + 10% fee from the transferred amount (lost 6 EUR in total, not to mentioned what I lost during purchase of USDT and back to original currency). They said there will be "no fee", but it was the opposite. Unless you want to lose money and get a lot of headache, do not give them any money. Last, but not least, it is very hard, almost impossible to reach a live agent for customer support, you will have to surf through a lot of faqs and talk to the bots. Final advice: stay away from this app / website.
