My boyfriend and I got stuck at joes NY diner locked out of our car, we called at 2.30 am and they said they were sending someone out, we waited and waited and they told us someone wasn't gonna be able to help us until 4 am, when 4 am came no one was here, then when someone finally showed up at a quarter til 5 am couldn't unlock our car and told us he had been waiting for 3 hrs for a call, A CALL HE SHOULDVE BEEN ON AT 2.40 AM. When he gets here he doesn't have the right tools and can't help us, bc triple a doesn't supply the right things to help us. After failed attempts he told us he was gonna contact dispatch and have someone else come out in the next thirty minutes, it's 5.32am right as I'm writing this and still nobody came and when we called to check the status they had dropped our request. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to sit through.
