I booked a room that was cancellable with a full refund up until 4pm. At 345pm I cancelled as I wanted to change the room type, I thankfully took a screenshot which said I'd receive a full refund of x amount if I continued. Went ahead to cancel and then the page told me I'd be charged full price for the booking. I chatted with "Glenn" who told me the booking had been "made in effect" whatever that means so I would be charged full price and the room was cancelled- no answer as to why it said I'd receive a full refund/that my booking allowed me to cancel before 4pm. He said he could try and put through a refund request, but no guarantees, and that a manager wouldn't tell me anything different. The manager looked and instantly recognised the error and made a full refund- but the 1star rating stands because it should never have charged me, and I shouldn't haven't had to push for a manager. Your shareholders and senior managers should start taking note of these appalling reviews and make some changes. I rebooked on this occasion, but never again.

So I had a Vivosmart 4, which I used 24/7 as fitness and general health tracker. Sadly, the wristband broke a couple of weeks after the warranty expired. I tried to glue it back together with superglue, but didn't work with the silicon material. So I contacted Garmin, asking if they had any advice on how to fix it. The very next day, in reply they issued a return order asking me to send in the device. I did - and again the very next day I got a notification that a replacement was on its way! It arrived within a day, brand new and for free. Not only am I super happy to be able to track my steps again, but also massively impressed by the over-and-above customer friendly service. Thank you so much, Garmin!

Bed Bath and Beyond has terrible customer service. I would have given you zero stars if that had been an option. I have read your “Guidelines for Reviewers” and interestingly enough under your “Play Nice” category it says not to BULLY nor DISCRIMINATE. Ironic don’t you think? Since you have both bullied and discriminated Mike Lindell. I will be recommending to ALL my Trump supporting, Country Loving, Honest, hard working friends/family that they Boycott your cancel culture ideology.

I've been checking the weather forecasts on accu weather for a while now. Ok well I do like the minutecast and it is sometimes accurate and reliable. And the radar is good to have too. But honstly these weather forecasts are a complete fuxkery sometimes. For example before it said that on Tuesday it will rain. Then today it said it won't rain on Tuesday and there will only be a 25% chance of precipitation. NOW it's saying there will be like 6.5 mm of rain. So damn it changed from like 3-0-6 mm. Like wow. That's just one example from the many experiences that I had. Another time the minute cast said that there was going to be heavy rain in half an hour that would last an hour but then half an hour later it didn't end up raining at all. It didn't rain anymore still to this very day. ( we don't live in the UK where it rains all the time) You can't trust these weather forecasts as they change all the time. If it says there is a 99% chance of rain a week ago expect it to change to 2% a day later.Oh and as for the minute cast around 95% of the time the actual rain keeps delaying. For example it could say rain will start in half an hour then in half an hour it will say still another half an hour. So annoying.

We need an animal abuse registry to keep animals away from all animal abusers. Animal abuse is not just hitting them. It's not feeding dogs or abounding them.

My account has been locked since july of 2018, i submitted a form and was told "the account will be unlocked" it is now march 2019 almost april 2019 and the account is still locked and i cannot seem to reach anyone because they are all robots. poor customer service.
