I was not satisfied with the basecamp's work and cancelled the support. I have requested a refund of the money they requested. I have been waiting 6 months for restitution. They continuously say they will submit my refund. I am unable to get support. The customer service is horrible. I suggest not using their service

Terrible service, would not help me on live support chat when I had an error installing the free plugin, I was told that I needed to sign up for a paid account.I signed up for a paid account and then asked for help on the live chat, they then told me that I would have to wait and someone would help me in a ticket.Two days later I get a response saying that I need to change a snippet of code on our site in order for the plugin to work, as I am not a developer this is not something I am able to do so I was advised to pay more money to a developer just to get the paid plugin to work. They said its there policy to not amend any code, however then went on to say that they couldn't make there plugin work with every theme out the box. So I would gather if this is there policy then they would lose a lot of customers since everyone's theme and sites are different.Terrible service, I asked for a refund and they didn't even ask why I was asking for a refund and if they could help further. Terrible customer retention and I have now gone with a competitor. I will also leave the same review on trust pilot and google so other customers are aware that the Yoast support is awful.Would not recommend this at all to anyone expecting support.

Years ago this was my favourite mail platform from 2012 and years after that. Then something changed.I've never had such a bad experience with them as these past 2 years- after two long needed breaks because everything became so complicated!! Now it's even worse!The support team who is clearly not from a service providing country(!)!-Is not trained in using the system and often leaves to figure things out that should take minutes but takes +30 minutes!Sadly they also see them self as heroes just reinforcing that we're lucky to use this system. While constantly just refering to their policy - without providing any help!It takes an hour at least to write back and forth while the support team does NOT provide any help or answers ones questions.The other day someone let me wait for 40 minutes while figuring a technical issue out that she never fixed!We might buy a subscription in good faith - yet then there's all the-you can't get ANY support unless if you're a paying customer - yet it is limited. Because they are only there to confirm their policies!-you can't create any automation journeys, unless if you upgrade.- you can't have more than xx number os subscribers before you need to upgrade- you can't send out more emails before you upgrade etc etcIf I have a list of 700 subscribers I send out a Christmas calender each day from the 1st to the 24th of december - they will count every single email, -send to every single subscriber - and then I have to pay extra for this!! In a few days it's 5,578 mails!!AND then I need to upgrade and again pay more.They should be ashamed of them self!

The Delivery was three Hours later, that the Announced time-frame. Due to that it went to the pick-up-shop. They only keep it for seven days and when I sent someone else with a digital copy of my passport and a well written “allowance “, including the package number and his name and birth, the pick-up-shop insisted on having a printed copy of that. I would have rather preferred a delivery by Austrian official postal service, even if pricier, than experiencing this trouble.

They charged me £14 to create a store and on the same day they closed my shop for the scam ( Did I scam on the same day when the shop was open without any sale?) It's been 2 weeks they haven't replied anything and yet my store is closed, Please stay away from this proper scam website.

Far too clunky and nerdy for the average user(I'm fairly tech savvy but short on time). Couldn't find a server I was previously signed up to and also couldn't verify as my phone number was connected to another discord account. Also offered me to take a survey, when I clicked the link the survey was not available(why offer it then?). Users want intuitive apps/platforms that make their life easier not harder. Also the endless captchas and verifications help to ruin this. Try harder or become obsolete.

When I first started my account with Depop it was brilliant, I was selling items constantly. Now i haven’t managed to sell anything for months. Lots of liked but no purchases. It’s very frustrating that I want to sell my items and I am not getting anywhere. I have opened an account with Vinted and I’ve sold most of what I’ve got within weeks of opening the account. Seriously considering closing my Depop account. It’s a waste of time.

I thought id give the app the benefit of the doubt, to the reviews I've read. Trainers i brought were listed as brand new, worn once. Got them today and the soles are really dirty. Reported straight away to depop, that I'd like to send back and get a refund and they messaged back a few minutes later saying they won't be refunding as they were as described! I'll never again use this app! £30 lost thanks to them! Plus postage and buyer protection on top!

1 star just for the fact that you use Evri for your deliveries. I won’t shop anymore at any brands they use that awful dysfunctional delivery company. Stolen package and ASOS are investigating but I’ve spent money and have no parcel still. Shame.
