Ridiculous procedure to cancel premium membership. Don't bother to start and go right away to LinkedIn. They charge as well (too) much but at least invest a lot in their service and are a real social network for pros and not only an expensive profile...

I would give this Company a minus if I could!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Absolutely no customer service and no help - their Book With Confidence is a joke! I booked a villa in Belgium for a week with them, VBRO confirmed my booking but used another booking Company called Bellvilla! VBRO then sent me an email saying the host Bellvilla had cancelled our booking with no other explanation- we were upset but booked another Villa through VBRO’ aka Bellvilla - Bellvilla did not refund the deposit and then took full payment for the Villa they cancelled and also for the alternative Villa - VBRO are not interested in getting it refunded (nearly £4k) and Bellvilla keep telling me the first booking is still live (so I have 2 villa holidays in Belgium for the same week live) I have the email that VBRO sent and screenshots of the VBRO App saying it’s cancelled- when I said I booked because of their Book With Confidence guarantee - apparently this guarantee is worthless as they only honour if they don’t use a third party to manage the booking on their behalf (this is hidden in T& Cs) The following is the last email from them. Basically saying tough, even though you booked it with us, we are not interested in helping you reclaim nearly £4k that you have been scammed by a Company we use as a trusted third party agent. I booked through VBRO the booking confirmation is from them, my details are on their app, but I’m not protected because, without my knowledge or understanding they used a third party! Also the only email to contact VBRO customer service has an automatic reply saying this email isn’t monitored!!….it says it all! Hello Lorraine, Thank you for providing that clarification. Per our Book with Confidence Guarantee, payments made outside of the platform via transfer does not qualify for assistance. Per my previous emails, this booking was made through a property management company that processes payments through their own software. There are no further actions Vrbo can take to secure your refund. You may continue seeking further compensation from either the host or other avenues, although we can't advise what these options are. We understand that this is not the resolution you were hoping for or expecting, however, please consider this decision final. The Social Response team is an escalated department and we're unable to discuss this matter further. All future replies will be closed without a response. We appreciate your understanding. Don’t waste your money! ROI NIL

We have this product for 6mths now and have had the extra training to get it off the ground.The problem is the software is cluncky (looks good and has all the features but unusable, if you don’t have a full time staff on it), it doesn’t integrate well with other apps well (to pull new clients into the system)It’s expensive and the return our investment was NIL! We got feedback from our clients that were not able to be filtered to google either so all that work down the drain.We have tried to cancel based on the service can’t deliver but they refused.Do not waste your money!

Worst Marketing Service

I would give zero stars if I could at this point. Our company has been in business with HomeAdvisor for years. We have serviced numerous clients going above and beyond for each of them. We have received two complaints from clients within this timeframe, both completely bogus claims. The first was resolved by our communications with HomeAdvisor representatives as the client claims were completely unsubstantiated. The second one is similar in that the complaints are regarding variations in a natural product. This is not something covered under a workmanship warranty as it is not within our control in any capacity. There is no resolution to offer regarding something we cannot control. We fulfilled our contractual obligations both times. In this last instance, the HomeAdvisor team called and emailed numerous times. We responded each and every time with a thorough answer. The HomeAdvisor team continued to claim that they were not receiving responses and terminated our account. This is after one unsubstantiated claim from one client that we cannot do anything to resolve their issues aside from replacing the materials for a fee. After working as a dedicated subcontractor for HomeAdvisor clients for years, this ONE instance led them to completely terminate our account without regard for us as professionals. If this is how they treat their subcontractors, I do not want to be one for them anyway. However, the principle remains that no matter how dedicated or what quality service you provide, HomeAdvisor will do nothing to reciprocate that loyalty whatsoever. A complete rip off scheme that takes advantage of professionals for a hefty fee offering little to nothing in return. I would not recommend this company or service to anyone now.

Facebook is infested with lots of scammers. I have recently tried to report to Facebook about a person identity by the name of Justin Tan (originally from Kuala Lumpur and may be residing in Singapore now). Scammers have been using his photos to set up just about 8 different accounts and claimed to be a doctor. Many ladies had fell into his traps and some had managed to post in one of the account warning others about this "pig butchering scam". Facebook is not taking off their accounts because there was no explicit photos are found (that's how they replied me and there was no further area for me to explain to them and direct them to fund these scammers)! In order words, Facebook is not taking responsibility on their incapability to detect fraudulent accounts. At the end, scammers are having good and profitable time in this platform! Just wish Facebook can take serious and active steps to eliminate fake and fraudulent accounts from being created, to at least stop the world from infested with these crooks!

I visited BP Silverwater on April 25th…

I visited BP Silverwater on April 25th around 6:10 PM. My family and I have been coming here for years—we always get our fuel and coffee from this station, especially because my cousin used to work here, so it’s always felt familiar and comfortable.But this time, I had a really upsetting experience. One of the staff members, Saleem, treated me very rudely. Even after I paid for my product, he refused to serve me for no clear reason. Then, right in front of me, he gave the same product to another customer.What really hurt is that I felt I was being treated differently because of my caste and religion. That kind of behavior is not okay. I hope the management at BP Silverwater takes this seriously and makes sure all customers are treated with respect, no matter who they are.Thanks.
